“Ordered the sourdough starter. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition and following the online instructions on activation, it was raring to go. I have already made a couple of sourdough loaves and the quality of the starter really shows in the taste of the bread.”

“Ordered the creme fraiche and the fil milk starters. Instructions supplied were concise and easy to follow. The creme fraiche we have produced from a 60/40 mix of organic double cream and full cream milk is thick and delicious and considerably cheaper than the bought equivalent. For the fil milk we used an organic uht full cream milk (no need to boil), and a organic pasteurised milk. Both worked equally well, tasting as we remembered it from our time in Sweden. Really pleased to have found Freshly Fermented. Tusen tack!!”

“First class service from Freshly Fermented. I ordered kefir grains and sourdough starter. My order was dispatched the next day and delivered promptly. We are now enjoying beautiful and creamy kefir everyday. I already baked sourdough bread and this was excellent too. Highly recommend this company.”
