“The culture arrived exactly on time. Despite winter temperatures, it activated within 2 days. I have just enjoyed my first kefir drink, and it was very pleasant: looking forward to what it tases like when the culture is fully up and running. The instructions and website are very clear and friendly.”

“I bought a Bulgarian culture as it's an heirloom culture. As I'm trying to reduce both plastic and energy consumption, I heated the milk to boiling, allowed it to cool to 40 degrees, mixed in the culture and put it in a thermos flask for 8 hours. Makes a perfect tasting, fully set yogurt. So happy with this product.”

“Excellent service and advice. Bought the Cranberry and Elderflower spritzers with water kafir - taste-wise, beats any other way of taking kefir; worth every penny. They tell me it's possible to make it at home with a starter of water kefir seeds, so I might try that, although I have to say, there's a lot to be said for buying it ready to drink!”

“Kefir grains and yoghurt arrived in 2 days. Followed kefir instructions which seem to be working well - only problem is what to do with all the kefir! Online instructions seem very thorough - bit disappointed that kefir may not taste nice for 2 or 3 weeks as I am using a lot of milk. Haven't made yoghurt yet.”
