“Excellent prompt dispatch (I had paid for Express delivery, and it arrived the next day). While there were no instructions with the kefir starter, (this would have been helpful), the instructions on the website were clear and helpful. The starter worked well, and easy to revive for a novice like me if the instructions are followed. Highly recommended.”

“Great customer service. They do not only sell their good quality products, they give advice too! I was not sure which sourdough starter I should purchase as I wanted to feed it with Einkorn flour, I was given great advice. I have never made sourdough bread before, but now I have already made two following their instructions. I also bought Kombucha starter, I can proudly say that I have made a couple of bottles of Kombucha drink! The products came very well packed and I was able to keep them in the fridge in their packages for a couple of days as they came while I was busy. I highly recommend this company and their high quality products. I could have given them 10 starts but there isn't any!”

“Excellent quality and great delivery. I am making Greek yoghurt and sourdough bread. The sourdough starter is the best I’ve ever used and makes a lovely soft white loaf with a crisp crust. Yoghurt I’m eating with apricot purée from our own apricots.”

“Both the organic kefir water grains and organic kefir milk grains arrived quickly and in very good condition. They started to produce kefir pretty soon. Also, I have found the information on the website about how to start fermentation very useful. It has worked 100% for me. Very happy with the delivery, product and the service. Thank you.”

“Worked really well & now I understand what it’s meant to be like I’m sure I could do my own starter with more success than previously. I did resort to a different method than the one on the website to make the bread, to included kneading, which worked better for me.”
