“Due to the Covid pandemic we are unable to buy your honey from our regular suppliers, it’s our favourite honey for baking and eating, it has a most delicious flavour and texture and adds uniqueness to our spelt bread making . It was delivered in good condition well wrapped in a safe and ecological way which impressed us as all parts of the packaging were recyclable and that’s important to us . Thank you”

“I ordered sourdough starter and milk kefir grains which were promptly delivered and well packaged. Included was a leaflet with information of where to access the activation instructions. Activation was straightforward although as novices, our loaves aren't as fabulous as we'd hoped but the milk kefir is delicious and multiplying so fast that 3 friends are enjoying it too! These are quality products and I'm happy to recommend this company.”

“Got my sourdough starter and it works which is more than my attempt at trying to make one .Just follow the instructions and you will soon be making your own delicious bread .Arrived early well packed .If i mess up I will get another from this company .Highly recommend .”

“Ordered ,three to five days later goods arrived. I had a self caused problem rang up asked to leave phone number ,five to ten minutes later phoned me back and fixed problem that's why five out of five. Mjg.”

“I ordered this because I forgot to feed my homemade starter and it had gone off. I needed something that would be ready in a short amount of time. Arrived on time. The sourdough starter was great, I only fed it twice and was already ready for action. Would highly recommend this product for those who want to start making sourdough bread but don’t know where to start.”

“Love, love, love! Having lots of fun culturing these yoghurts. Have tried, Viili, Greek, Russian, Polish and about to try the Beijing. Not sure brave enough to try the Viili long strain yet. Supplies have always arrived promptly and adequately packaged.”
