“Really glad I found Freshly Fermented here in the U.K. after recently moving from the States where I have been fermenting for years. I have been happy with the product quality, the packaging and the shipping. I've also been impressed with the range of selection and the easy to use pdfs for download. Will continue to use FF and recommend it to my friends.”

“Absolutely excellent service; I was kept informed of the progress of my order and everything arrived securely packaged. My SCOBY is now on her 3rd batch of kombucha and San Francisco sourdough starter has given us banana bread, loaves and is a lovely, bubbly addition to our family. Thank you!”

“Wonderful customer care, amazingly quick at replying and communicating. Products were understandably late because of Covid but the customer service was willing to resend the starters but I the ENd it was necessary as they arrived. “I ordered a sour dough starter from Freshly Fermented. It arrived promptly and I made my first ever sour dough bread, a great success. I have followed their instructions to keep the starter going and a month later I am still making tasty bread. I would highly recommend using this sour dough starter.”

“What a find! My scoby was scuppered, so I Googled around for a trustworthy place offering quality product and singular customer service. (I'm a bit of a research nerd.) After comparing a few options, Freshly Fermented came up the winner. I've been enjoying my home-brewed kombucha ever since! Their instructions are clear and concise and their offerings are endless. I'm thinking of treating myself to another type of scoby soon!”

“Being a Swede living abroad I often miss food from home - and fil is one of the top items. Usually, I'd have to order online, pay a LOT of p&p and just have it as an occasional treat. Until I found Freshly Fermented and bought a starter culture. Very good price, free shipping and fast delivery...and I also found a lot of other cultures I'm planning to buy in the near future. Now I have a constant supply of fil, a well-balanced gut flora and life is sooo much better!”
