“My kefir grains arrived promptly. After following the how to guide on the website I had home made Kefir with in 72 hours. I really like that the packaging was minimal and instructions were found online to cut down in waste paper.”

“I couldn't get the kefir grains to work, either in milk or as a basis for ginger beer, but most probably this was due to my incompetence, not to any fault on your part. however I would be very grateful for the opportunity to have another go, if you can see your way to re-sending, because I am impressed by your service and I am not about to post a bad review as a means of blaming you for what is likely to be my fault. I promise to take greater care with the next consignment that you send!”

“Ordered water and milk kefir grains, I couldn't believe how fast the water grains reproduce and I think I have to recover them slightly after underfeeding, but if I had read the Freshly Fermented guidance more thoroughly, I wouldn't have put a foot wrong. Took about 3 days to receive the parcel after posting and everything packed really well. Both sets of grains worked perfectly from the start and now I've got an endless supply of probiotics, after a solid week of ingesting, I feel fantastic. Freshly Fermented is a great place to buy your grains when you want to start... DO IT NOW FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!”

“I ordered some kefir grains as I wanted to try drinking kefir for health reasons. It wasn't the kefir kit so there weren't any instructions. However my daughter told me what to do and it all worked perfectly. I now drink it every day and my digestive system has changed so that my bowel movements are regular and normal. I make it with skimmed milk and the drink is still thick and creamy. I am very pleased with it.”

“Great company, would highly recommend purchasing any of your fermentation products from here! Quick delivery, great communication and the Kefir grains that I bought are now producing superior quality Kefir (much better than the shops!) on a daily basis for my family and me! Their online instruction manuals that you can print off are very clearly written and easy to understand too.”
