“Ordered fermentation kit for Xmas present which the carriers delivered in a soaked split box.I contacted the company & their customer service representative Wesley was extremely helpful,the only item damaged was the drive which he replaced within a few days,also said the fermentation solution would be replaced FOC if any problems.very impressed with excellent service from this company & Wesley who was very helpful.”

“Worked really well & now I understand what it’s meant to be like I’m sure I could do my own starter with more success than previously. I did resort to a different method than the one on the website to make the bread, to included kneading, which worked better for me.”

“Service and product is great. But I find that there isn't enough clear instructions on the website for a dummy like me and an absolute beginner with breads who has millions of questions. Had to go google it and found some info on another site to which I rely on now until I learn”
