“We wanted a big, happy, colorful arrangement to brighten our friend's hospital room, so we ordered the largest of the three Utopian Sunflower Garden arrangements. Unfortunately, what we received looked nothing like the photo on their website. There was no alstroemeria, button poms, monte casino, or tulips (as stated on their website). There was no 'Get Well' balloon and they were late with the delivery. What's more, our friend's wife said the sunflowers looked as if they were wilting by the next day. It was cheap looking, and we were embarrassed they would think THAT was what we selected for our friend. We won't use this company again.”
“I purchased online flower bouquet at US$47 after a discount. The discount showed in the calculation. Despite that there were other charges including two shipping charges (6.55+15) etc. Bottom line, my total came to US$86 almost double the cost of the original price. And when converted to Canadian dollars, it came to $117.00 I am never ever going to buy flowers online to be sent to US, whether it is this shop or any other shop.”
“It won't let me do a NO Star!! I ordered flowers in the early morning to be delivered that afternoon. I payed extra to have it there on time. I am in Florida and was sending flowers to my family in Indiana for my brother's funeral. After the time of the showing the flower company calls me to tell me that they weren't able to make it there. I told them to have it there on the next morning for the service. THEY DID NOT MAKE THAT DELIVERY EITHER!!! NEVER will I ever use their service again!!!”

“I ordered flowers from this company on January 31st, first of all the flowers were supposed to be delivered before 12:00 and they were not delivered until after 6:00 pm, secondly they were supposed to have balloons with the order, no balloons were received, thirdly the quality of the red roses were poor, they died within a few days and some of the flowers are still in bud. I contacted personnel and they apologized and credited my account for 12 dollars and change. I will not be ordering any more flowers from this company.”
