“We got three really good bouquets from them and they turned out great. Well the weather went bad in our area and the flowers that were gonna get delivered tomorow are gonna go to the school, well school is closed tomorrow and they won’t let me change delivery address, and all they want to do is refund. Very dissatisfied.”

“I should have read reviews before I bought flowers from them. I guess I am ANOTHER unsatisfied and disappointed customer! I actually called to place my order, I asked nicely to take care of my order and make sure it looks decent because it was going to a special person to me for a special occasion. What was delivered is not even close to what I ordered and paid for and nothing like the picture on the website. For such a disaster ugly bouquet I could have had better luck buying it from a convenience store and for a more reasonable price.

“Flowers were delivered late. It was hard talking to customer service due to language barriers. Representatives had very heavy accents and things were lost in translation. Two orders were supposed to be delivered to me. The first was delivered late but fine. The second was delivered and left at the front door. The delivery driver said she only needed to ring the doorbell not to make sure someone was home? It was an overall mess. Use another company!”
“My order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, for which I paid an additional delivery charge. The delivery window was set between 8 AM and 6 PM. When it didn't arrive by the promised time, I reached out via chat after facing multiple issues with their customer service—my calls were dropped twice, and on the third attempt, the representative was unable to communicate in English. At 7 PM, I was assured that my order would definitely arrive by the end of the night. However, when I checked their website on Monday morning, I found they had unilaterally changed the delivery date to Monday. When I contacted them again, they still could not provide a guaranteed delivery time. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.”
