“I had two delivery issues on two different days. I paid for a specific arrangement and was told it needed to be a deluxe due to the area it was being delivered after I already added balloons to the order which never came. I was charged a hefty fee and the arrangements were embarrassing. I was so disappointed.
My next order never showed and customer service said there was florist to take the order. I asked for a full refund but never received as of yet. It’s now been four days, customer service proclaims they can’t find my order. When my card was clearly charge 66.75 as the customer service representative verified. This is a horrible company who don’t stand by their services. I will definitely choose another option for a floral arrangement.”
“Twice I have ordered deluxe arrangements and the quality was not even that of the basic arrangement. I hoped the first time was an error but it obviously is their practice. Here are photos, the first of what was ordered, the 2nd is what was received. I guess they didn't think I would be at the funeral to see what they sent.”
“Sent flowers to my aunt's funeral. They never received them. I called customer service and they claimed they delivered them which hadn't happened. The guy said they will send to the house. I asked for an ETA on the replacement flowers and he wouldn't give me one. No apologizes given. I will never order again from here.”
“Worst company ever. What they advertised I was buying wasn't even close to what was actually delivered. They should be sued for false advertising. I also paid extra for them to be delivered within a 4 hour window and they failed at that too. Stay away from this company. I tried loading comparison pictures but they wouldn't load.”

“It is very risky to order flowers from From You Flowers, especially if they are meant for someone important to you. I ordered flowers a week in advance for my wedding anniversary. On the evening of the delivery date, I received a notice stating that the flowers had been delivered, but no delivery had actually occurred. When I called customer service, the representative said that it seemed the flowers had not been delivered and assured me they would arrive the next day. Although I requested a full refund, which was granted, there was no apology offered. I also inquired about the carrier used for delivery so I could track the order myself, but they refused to disclose any information about the delivery process.”
“They don’t even deserve a star that’s how poor the service is. Placed an order Friday they sent an email Saturday bright and early saying it’ll be there Monday lol then didn’t deliver Monday called and said it’ll be there Friday on top of Charging all Todd money for next day delivery just to get offered 10% of the offer back yeah right these people are a joke and a scam. They called back and the guy almost refused to cancel my order started coming with all tour of package deals yeah right don’t shop ever with this company”
“They didn’t deliver the flowers we ordered as a BD gift (1/11). Now, it’s three days past the delivery date and still nothing. On 1/13, they told me that they would refund the delivery cost, and they said that it would be delivered today. It’s 10pm on 1/14 and still nothing delivered, and no update from the company. I have no faith that I am getting my money back. If you want to mark a special occasion with flowers (as we did), don’t count on them to do it.”
“I ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral 2 days before the funeral. They called me at the end of the day of the funeral day to let me know they couldn't deliver the flower!!! They should have let me know the day before the funeral if they couldn't find a florist to fulfill this order. It's so embarrassing to my friends that our flowers didn't make to the funeral and more importantly we couldn't send any comfort to our friend who lost her mom! Incredibly disappointing and upsetting!”
“I paid for the Expedited Service Option, but the flowers were not delivered. Since my friend's birthday is today, do you think providing the present late is OK? They didn't keep what they promised, and I want to advise other customers. A celebration is important, and they cannot joke with people's trust. I asked for a refund, but nothing happened yet. I hope I didn't loos $60.00”
“This company is very unfriendly and act in an unprofessional manner in the manner in which they conduct business. I sent a Tropical Plant online and received no receipt or follow-up in terms of how to check on the delivery. However, I did receive promptly, further promotion with the expectation of using them again. Never again!”
“I’ve ordered from them twice shipped in diff states and both times the bouquets don’t match what I picked out and had picked for certain flowers sure they match color wise..but I’m paying for the types of flowers shown online… this isn’t worth $60+ and I tried them out cause the google reviews are good so first time I thought it was a one off issue but no it isn’t. I had picked this one out for the irises and there’s none at all I don’t recommend them”

“I placed an order at 4:30am, so I could be top of the delivery list. I paid all the extra fees to have the flowers delivered before noon. That didn’t happen! I spoke with a representative, she refunded the expedited fee. And I advised her the person was leaving work at 4pm. She assured me that it would be there before then. It did it not arrive. So now I have to wait for them to refund my money back. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a flower delivery.”
“I paid for expedited shipping. My poor dad waited 6 hours for the flowers to come for my mom. They were 4 hours past the estimated time. I won’t use this service again. They gave me a “refund” of 5 dollars for failing to meet the deadline.”
