“Service was fast. Definitely not expecting the $15.99 charge. Paid for premium got more of a reg/deluxe bouquet which is not what I paid for. The flowers were beautiful just again less than what I paid for.”
“This was my first order with this company and may be my last. The flower price seemed reasonable, but with the added $15.99 service charge it made the price a little unreasonable.
This was a birthday bouquet. It was supposed to have a Happy Birthday sign in it and a bit more greenery than it was actually delivered with. I could have easy put the arrangement together, nothing special.”
“The items I ordered were pretty much as described, but delivered a little late. I love that you can choose/schedule a future date for the delivery. The price was reasonable since they were on sale.
I received an email stating that I "earned" a credit due to my previous purchases. However, their "credit" is like a discount/coupon; vs how it would operate with other merchants.... like cash/gift card. Hence, you can't use it if items are on sale. Yet, it seems the items are always on sale to make the prices reasonable. Thus, would never get a chance to use the credit.
They sent reminder emails every day asking me to use the credit, which did not state the restriction in the email clearly.I don't understand their concept of "earned credit. They run sales and discount items to make it seem like a sale, but its actually putting at true base price.”
“Please fix your online ordering system - your flowers are beautiful when they are delivered but something is wrong with the online ordering glitch - it stalls at the certificate information (it's either YES/NO) - you can't proceed from here to placing the ORDER and fix it/or I'm not going to spend 30 minutes calling the 800 number trying to do the ENTIRE order on the phone, please fix it I love your flowers I've used your company several times BUT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!”

“Unfortunately, will NOT use this flower services again. It's (2) strikes with me. First strike- my recipient could not read my message, penmanship was bad...2nd Strike, I ordered from their "Same services" delivery- failed. When a Customer pays more than $20. for flowers delivery service, it's a MUST Delivery! Period. Regardless, hire more people. There's a lot of people in the community that needs work. Most importantly! Ordering flowers someone is very special. AND...the same pictured flowers ordered. I always ask friends &family to take pictures so I can see quantity & quality. Flower delivery services NEED to increase care on Customer service requests.”

Bouquet was much smaller and thinner than advertised. I should have looked at reviews first. I posted photos of what was advertised and what was delivered.”

“The flowers that were shown on their site was NOT the flowers that were received. The photo was a total misrepresentation. I don't expect them to be exact but they could have made more of an effort. Instead of a beautiful, full and bright bouquet, what was delivered was a handful of flowers and what looked like some sort of weeds stuck into a vase. I am sssooo disappointed.”
“This service has been really hit and miss for me, and after the last fiasco I'm finished with them. I really think it comes down to the local florist they choose to complete delivery, but it was awful. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that after my girlfriend contacted them to complain about the roses that were dead/dying after 24 hours they refunded my money. Initially there were items missing (was supposed to be a stuffed bear delivered also, it wasn't). When I complained about that they refunded that portion of my payment. One day later (which was Valentine's Day) the flowers were dead and/or dying. It just sucked all around.”
“I ordered roses on th 14th recieved email that they would be delivered on the 15th then I received another email that they would be delivered on the 16th!! I spent 100$ and then they wanted to give me a 8$ back. They ended up giving me 16$ back and a 10$ coupon on my next purchase!.
