Unfortunately, will NOT use this flower services again. It's (2) strikes with me. First strike- my recipient could not read my message, penmanship was bad...2nd Strike, I ordered from their "Same services" delivery- failed. When a Customer pays more than $20. for flowers delivery service, it's a MUST Delivery! Period. Regardless, hire more people. There's a lot of people in the community that needs work. Most importantly! Ordering flowers someone is very special. AND...the same pictured flowers ordered. I always ask friends &family to take pictures so I can see quantity & quality. Flower delivery services NEED to increase care on Customer service requests.
