I INFORMED TO JUST DROP OFF FLOWERS TO DESIGNATED ADDRESS LISTED. THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL DELIVER ASAP ON 27TH FOR 2- 3 DAYS- NO DELIVERY N I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY!

You needed more information about my order but didn’t want me to provide it by e-mail only by phone. I spoke with you 23 minutes just to hear that I need to call to another phone number!!! “TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT The worst experience. The flowers weren't guanteeed the day of delivery. The recipient said she can't even believe they brought them to her door. Some flowers were wilted, broken stems, flowers looked as if smashed. She said it didn't even look like an arrangement. From You Flowers only wanted to give me a 20% credit towards my next bouquet. After yelling at the the guy who I couldn't understand I finally received a 50% refund. FOR NOW ON I WILL ONLY WORK WITH LOCAL. Online wasn't worth the convenience.”
“The roses were completely open when delivered. Purchaser complained about the flowers that were gifted. Company gave back $7.00 for complaining. Roses heads fell over on third day. Don't buy from here if you want the flowers to last three or more days.”
“I tried from you flowers to send my mom for her birthday flowers. She said they were the worst flowers I had ever sent her. The one picture is what I paid $63.58 for. And the other picture is what was delivered. Droopy, wilted and brown flowers. The customer service gave me a “refund” of $9.54. Obviously this is my first and last order with them.”
“I wish I would have seen the bad ratings for FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM before I wasted my money on two orders. The first order was not even close to what was pictured. The order had maybe 1/4 the flowers shown and they were not arranged very nicely at all and were very short. My second order has not been delivered yet being SIX DAYS LATE so far. That is absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing. They should not even be in business with such poor results.”
“ordered two gift baskets, which I already felt were overpriced at $80 each. Shortly after placing the order, I realized the family members I was sending them to had dietary restrictions. Within five minutes, I called to cancel the order, but they refused, stating that it had already been processed. I even offered to pay for the shipping label and refund the basket cost as long as they didn’t ship it, but they still refused.
Eventually, I received the baskets and planned to deliver them to the family myself. However, upon inspecting them, I noticed significant visual differences from the advertised products. When I went through the item lists, I found that half of the items in each basket were missing. I contacted customer service via chat, and they tried to justify it by saying that items are subject to change due to seasonal availability. One of the baskets was a fruit basket, and while I understand seasonal changes can happen, I expected the missing items to be replaced with comparable alternatives.
Additionally, chocolate is not seasonal, so there’s no excuse for that missing item. After pushing for a resolution, I was initially offered a 30% refund but eventually managed to get 50%. Now, I’m left with two poorly assembled baskets that look far too cheap and incomplete to give as gifts. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend their services.”
“Ordered my daughter flowers just because. I ordered at 8:00 am, website said it was going to be delivered within 4 hours. I paid for expedited delivery. After no response by 12 or 1 I called at 4:00 to be told that they aren’t going to be able to delivery today. Excuse Me!!! I received no email, no call or even a quick text. When I said I wanted it cancelled they offered me a discount of 10% at first but when I continued to advise No Cancel my order they then offered me 30%. I advised No Cancel my order. When I asked why I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience (well that’s kinda what it sounded like his accent was thick). I asked again still same answer. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! Scam”
“If I could leave negative stars I would. The arrangement I received was NOTHING like the picture. I paid $100 for dried greenery, a rotten rose and a sad daisy. Not even in a tree shape. When I called to tell them my disappointment I was offered a 30%discount. I could have gotten a nicer arrangement from the gas station for $10. I opted for a replacement and 3 days ager the promised delivery date it wasn't delivered. I called again , was offered the same discount or replacement. Opted for replacement...arrangement came in today, worst than the first delivered thru door dash and made from a grocery store. THIS COMPANY IS NOT RECCOMENED unless you hate the recipient.”

My order wasn’t upgraded to a “fuller size,” as promised as a way of apologizing for the delay. What was delivered was NOTHING like what I ordered.
