“Ordered pretty spring bouquet for someone who lost their mother. They received a potted plant. Where can you find a potted plant for $65!!!! Rip off. Oh they refunded $7. Gee thanks”

“Unfortunately, will NOT use this flower services again. It's (2) strikes with me. First strike- my recipient could not read my message, penmanship was bad...2nd Strike, I ordered from their "Same services" delivery- failed. When a Customer pays more than $20. for flowers delivery service, it's a MUST Delivery! Period. Regardless, hire more people. There's a lot of people in the community that needs work. Most importantly! Ordering flowers someone is very special. AND...the same pictured flowers ordered. I always ask friends &family to take pictures so I can see quantity & quality. Flower delivery services NEED to increase care on Customer service requests.”

“I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and somehow somebody changed my order and something totally different than what I had ordered was delivered not happy whatsoever I don't suggest using them. The one with the white vase was what I ordered the clear vase was what was delivered”

“Not what I paid for. They emailed me back promptly and offered me 10 percent back. Bouquet was much smaller and thinner than advertised. I should have looked at reviews first. I posted photos of what was advertised and what was delivered.”

“The flowers that were shown on their site was NOT the flowers that were received. The photo was a total misrepresentation. I don't expect them to be exact but they could have made more of an effort. Instead of a beautiful, full and bright bouquet, what was delivered was a handful of flowers and what looked like some sort of weeds stuck into a vase. I am sssooo disappointed.”

“This service has been really hit and miss for me, and after the last fiasco I'm finished with them. I really think it comes down to the local florist they choose to complete delivery, but it was awful. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that after my girlfriend contacted them to complain about the roses that were dead/dying after 24 hours they refunded my money. Initially there were items missing (was supposed to be a stuffed bear delivered also, it wasn't). When I complained about that they refunded that portion of my payment. One day later (which was Valentine's Day) the flowers were dead and/or dying. It just sucked all around.”

“I ordered roses on th 14th recieved email that they would be delivered on the 15th then I received another email that they would be delivered on the 16th!! I spent 100$ and then they wanted to give me a 8$ back. They ended up giving me 16$ back and a 10$ coupon on my next purchase!. Thanks for the delay!! Great job!!!.”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered to my boyfriend as a surprise for Valentine’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered from a local florist, but the roses were shipped in a box from UPS instead. How romantic. Flowers were ok looking (not like the picture online, but not the worst considering all the other one star reviews). Stems weren’t cut. If you are type A like me, don’t leave your flower delivery in the hands of a huge corporation that doesn’t pay attention to details. Better off calling a local florist directly, which is what I will be doing from now on.”

“Ordered the Pretty Petal Bouquet on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. Not only did they not get delivered, no one from the company reached out to say why. Monday morning, I contact them and received an "oh sorry! we apologize that delivery didn't happen" and offered to upgrade my flowers. The flowers that were received late afternoon on Monday should have been the premium bouquet. I would not want to see what the standard bouquet looked like. I will not be ordering through this company again. Feeling ripped off.”

“I ordered flowers for my niece's 25th birthday. I selected the "premium" bouquet since it was such a special birthday. What she received was a lot smaller than the picture of what I ordered. What she received was the size of the "regular" bouquet. I am very disappointed in what she received. She loved them and thought they were beautiful, but she didn't see what i actually ordered. I contacted the company and they refunded $15.26, that is not even the difference between the regular and the premium bouquet. I won't be ordered from here FromYouFlowers again.”

“I have ordered from this company twice. The first time was flowers for my wife which were supposed to be delivered at a specific time that I paid extra for and they were not delivered until about 4 hours after that time. This time, I ordered something to be delivered to the exact same address and they were supposed to be there on a certain day but no certain time and it is now two days later and they still aren't there. When I go to tracking it says that they tried to deliver them on the day that it was supposed to be delivered but had the wrong street address name and now when I track it it says that they're trying to deliver it again but they have the wrong street address number. That can only be possible if somebody at the from you Flowers company messed up because they have delivered to that address before as I formerly stated. When you contact them through email or other means they say that they will have someone get back to you shortly and then no one gets back to you. Don't waste your time and the only reason I gave them two stars was because my wife said that the flowers were nice when she received them but I have yet to see if this other order is any good.”

“I order two standing sprays for my father’s funeral this week. They cost $403. The flowers were dead and one of the arrangements was up side down including the sympathy banner that read POP. I can’t find a customer service number to complain. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CALL A LOVAL FLORIST IN TOWN”
