“First of all flowers were delivered two days late Flowers arrived via DoorDash from Safeway The flowers I ordered, did not resemble what was delivered, except they were both flowers. Would never recommend your company to anybody because what you pay for and select do not resemble the product that was delivered The first photo is what I expected. The second photo was what was delivered. Colors are not even close. There was no succulent in the delivered flower what was delivered was a cheap grocery store flower arrangement versus a quality florist delivery which is what I was expecting.”

“My son and daughter-in-law sent me roses . Some were fine but the majority were dry and didn’t look good or open up! Your reply to my son was your mom is to picky!!! Shame on you for that remark !”

“I ordered flowers from their site for arrival on a special day. The flower that were delivered were not even close to what I saw on the site. I called cs and they were nice and offered me a coupon and to redeliver. They still delivered the wrong arrangement. Nothing like what was advertised on the site. Although their customer service was on point the fact that they can't deliver what's advertised is unacceptable. They did give me a full refund so I will credit them with fixing their mistakes. ----------------------- THIER RESPONSE---------------------- I would like to apologize to you and R*** C**** for this inconvenience. “I looked up for a local flower shop and it included from you flowers. I realized they just took the order but they looked really pretty from the pictures. The 55 dollar arrangement I realized would be the small one but after I increased the selection to large I thought the price now was closer to what others cost, around 85. Then the delivery, I paid for expedited and was never told if they were delivered. Then they “substituted” and they fell way short of the picture. Not arranged very well or near as full. I was very disappointed and asked for a 20% refund which they did. They just get your money and tell you sorry but they don’t make it much better, at least in this instance because the flowers didn’t look near as nice. Not like $100.00 arrangement that I paid for. Won’t use them again. Then they offer a 10.00 gift card. To a place I won’t use again. Disappointed in the refund.”
