“THe reps are incredibly unhelpful. There is a weird thing going on with my account and they told me that they couldn't see the accounts and unable to help. Then who can help? It's their website!”

“I received an email saying my flowers were delivered. If they were, I hope whoever in the hell got them enjoyed them, because they did NOT get delivered to my sister-in-law. I spent hours trying to track them down, to no avail. Calling the company is an exercise in further frustration, as their reps are difficult to understand, what with their heavy foreign accents. I was promised a refund, but I'm not counting on it. I will NEVER order from them again. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Ordered a week ago, paid extra for delivery guaranteed before noon. Order did not arrive before noon. Contacted customer service and could not understand the customer service rep. He did refund the extra money that I had paid for delivery before noon, and he did offer $10 credit. I guess I'm tired of companies promising things, and charging for them, and then not delivering on the promise. Yeah I got the extra money back, but they still got $60 and the day was ruined because the flowers didn't arrive on time.”

“I ordered a beautiful vase with flowers and they came late and were already dying . They refunded me 8 dollars of my $69.65 order. I bought these flowers for my mother’s birthday and it was ruined . I’m so sad and will never order from here again .”

“I placed order 4 days in advance. Flowers did not arrive. I called and they said flowers would be delivered the next day and offered a certificate for $10 off towards next purchase. Told them I did not want a certificate because I would not be ordering flowers from them again. So they refunded me 20% and said flowers would be delivered first thing the next day. Flowers still had not been delivered by 7:00 p.m. Called and they said flowers were out for delivery. I told them to cancel the order because it's too late to deliver flowers when it should have been delivered first thing that morning. They said they could not cancel and offered me another discount and flowers would be delivered the following day. I demanded a full refund and got it.”

“I made an order yesterday morning and paid for expedited delivery. Flowers were delivered late and looked nothing like the picture I selected. The only refund I got was the 5.00 I paid for 4hour delivery. Not with the money.! Never buying from them again !! Their customer service is horrible !”

“I ordered a greenery dish, the recipient got daises; I called the company and told them what happened. He wanted to give me a discount on next order (never going to order from them again). Told him I paid for greenery not flowers He said he would deliver greenery tomorrow. Recipient got greenery but not as pretty or as pictured that I bought.,,”

“Awful. The bouquet that was sent looked nothing at all like the photo. Buyer beware. I made a complaint and they gave me 15% off my next purchase. Awful company. Save your money and use a real florist.”

“Very bad experience. I should have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered same day delivery, paid for it, and I told them that we cannot accept deliveries after 4 p. I placed the order at 8:30 a.m. They eventually showed up at 6:00 that night and left them outside our door. Also, they didn't look anything like the picture. I asked for a refund 3 times so far and have not received it.”

“I placed an order for flowers to be delivered Jan 21 and extra for quicker delivery. The flowers were never delivered after being told for 3 days that they would be. I was even told that they had contacted the florist to ensure delivery. Again, never delivered. This is a scam and it needs to be taken down. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I was refunded my full amount after my 4th call t the company. Do not use this company. You will be disappointed. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.”

“What I ordered and what was delivered were completely different. I ordered Raspberries & Cream. Tell me how this is even similar! Not only the flowers but also the vase. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect arrangement and this was very disappointing. I feel like I got ripped off. Although the recipient said they were beautiful I am not happy. I saw another review with the same complaint. I will not be ordering from here again.”

“My daughter was graduating on Thursday so I made sure to place the order early as to arrive on time. My daughter never received the flowers and when I called customer service I was given a $6.99 refund with a delivery date as of today, 2 days later. I called again this morning and was told the delivery would be today…We’ll see. I’m still hopeful.”

“I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement well half the flowers were not in it. The rose were old as heck. Contacted the company and asked why? They sent a replacement and the roses were half decent but still missing 60 percent of flowers they offered to refund me 50 percent. I said no it is not what I ordered I'm not paying for half off dead flowers. I am waiting for 100 percent refund. I will update review once I get my money.”

“Bad experience. You guys are the worse. Nothing but a scam. A product that was suppose to be $ 35.99 with a $15 discount. Turns into $54. 99 with only a $11 discount. With a $14 dollar service charge. False advertising. And no I did not let you get by with it. You bet I caught it. And you bet I made you cancel my order and refund. Well you lost a customer. And word of mouth is the best advertising there is. Sadly it was to be a birthday gift. So tomorrow I have to figure out what to do. Since it could take few days for money to bank back into account. Thanks alot”
