“THEY ARE A FRAUD. I placed a $50 order with a note saying it was from me. However, I used a friend's debit card (different than my name) and it was flagged. Up to there I totally can respect and understand. HOWEVER, it's been a week and my friend has not received her money back and they did not provide the service. In fact, they told my friend that the order was voided but that she needs to send bank info to get her money back. How do you not provide a service, but keep the money??? I ended up ordering through 1800flowers.com with no issues! They excelled on my order :) TOTALLY RECOMMEND 1800FLOWERS.COM”

“Looked nothing like the picture. Color wasn't even close. Took way longer than 4 hours913.499.6352 as advertised with same day delivery. When I contacted them they said they didn't kmow when the flowers would be delivered. This was 630 at night and I placed the order at 12. The person was rude and not helpful in the least. Will never use again and tell others to avoid.”

“Actually I wouldn't give it any stars. Should no longer be in business. Waited for the floral arrangement, it never came. They sent me a text and said it was delivered?I was soo wishing it for my sweet Mom. Never, never again. I really believe some floral shops are a scam. They might think if you sent flowers, chances are you might not be at funeral to see them. My sister ordered an arrangement from a different florist for this same funeral and they sent something completely different from what she ordered! I will not trust these florist again!”

“Please read the reviews before doing business with this company, I wish I had. I ordered flowers from this company on the morning 21 January for a funeral that was taking place on 22 January at 6:00pm. All day on 22 January I checked the status of this order online and it kept saying scheduled for delivery. At 6:30pm I contacted From you Flowers and was told that the flowers were not delivered. I was told that they would be delivered the following day. I told the phone rep that I wanted a refund, he kept asking me if I had another address that I wanted them delivered to. I advised him that the funeral had concluded and I wanted to cancel the order and request a refund. He continually asked if I had another address where the flowers could be delivered the next day. Finally he stated that the order was canceled and I should expect a refund within 3-5 business days. Afterwards I checked the reviews and found that this occurs frequently where orders are not delivered. I will not be doing business with this company again.”

“I ordered a beautiful premium bouquet to be delivered on my mother’s birthday. The bouquet was delivered the day after her birthday and simply left on her doorstep in the snow and was frozen before she discovered it. She sent a picture of the bouquet which looked cheap and hardly anything like the beautiful premium bouquet we thought we ordered.”

“Go anywhere else. Ordered flowers, not only did they not get there the same day, they weren't even the flowers I ordered. Not even close!!! I want refunded for the cheaper flowers that were sent and the 2.99 for same day delivery. HUGE disappointment!!!!”

“Do not use this company!! I ordered flowers for a sick friend that was to be delivered the same day. Later that day they informed me that there was a delay and that they would be delivered early the next day. I waited and kept checking and around 5 PM still no delivery. Then they said that they could not deliver them. They said that a supervisor would call the person that was to receive the delivery and explain. That also never happened. Absolutely the worst delivery service that I have ever experienced.”

“BUYERS BEWARE!! Sent flowers that were great in the online picture, but was NOTHING like what I bought for threcipient. Paying their extra fees to deliver early is a joke and don't think you are getting add ons like a balloon or candy if you chose to do that and paid for that. NEVER AGAIN!!”

“I wish I checked the reviews before I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. I received an email that said due to bad weather, her flowers could not be delivered. Yes, it snowed, I checked the weather, it snowed 6 inches in her area. We live in Massachusetts we drive in snow, 6 inches is nothing. It snowed 5 inches in our town and all the roads were fine and clear by 9:00 AM. They don’t cancel school unless there is 18-24 inches. 6 inches. When I called customer service, they agreed to give me $9.35 back. That’s not even the cost of the delivery fee. The whole point of ordering flowers on a special occasion is for the flowers to arrive on that special day. Now that I have read all of the reviews I am worried that the flowers will never arrive or if they arrive they will be horrible.”

“They’re terrible!! First of all, I paid extra for a weekend delivery that didn’t even get delivered until Monday! I also had an add on for a small teddy bear that was not delivered with the flowers. I will not be using them again, and I would be cautious of anyone who uses their service.”

“I will never order from this company again!! The arrangement was nothing like the picture. Buyer beware!! I should have read the reviews. I will stick with florists I know. $70 for a Kroger size arrangement, that would definitely looked better!! Never again!! I am reporting them to the BBB. I should have read the reviews first!”
