I bought my mom flowers for Mother’s Day and they were absolutely the worst flowers I have ever seen. They were messy. The arrangement was messy. The flowers were practically dead. Do not use this company.

I ordered a bouquet of flower for my friend, OMG, it was horrible, and it was not even close to the image of the website. what is the purpose of having the pictures and the description, having said that I would not recommend anybody to purchase from this website. if my friend wouldn't sent me the picture, I wouldn't know what horrible flower they delivered. soooooooooooooo disappointed . it was an embarrassing moment to Gift those Ugly Flower to your loved ones.

Terrible experience with this company! I ordered Pink Surprise premium bouquet of flowers and received a fraction of the flowers that were supposed to come in the bouquet. I called to complain, but they would not help at all. I will never use them again!

Why in the world would a company send fresh flowers in a hot delivery truck with no water?!? My flowers arrived wilted and almost dead!!! It doesn't take a genius to know that this method is a huge no no!! A waste of money! Just order from your local florist! Do not order from this company!

Flower arrived Sat before Mother'sday, no moisture, no flower food, one pod never opened, pedals started falling off that evening. Changed water 1x because flowers were dying. My daughter deserves her money back!

I received tulips and iris's from my daughter for Mothers Day. They were boxed up with No water/ moisture whatsoever. They didn’t look the best when I unboxed them. 2 days later they were turning brown and falling to pieces! All the money she spent for what? Dead flowers? Never again will she or I EVER order from this company again. I will definitely spread the word.

Like most others here, I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. I received flowers for Mother's Day that never ever opened. It was strange enough to receive flowers that I couldn't instantly enjoy, but I thought at least I would get the most out of them once they bloomed. 1 day, 2 days, 3 days went by. We're on day 6 and they are dying without ever blooming. My husband emailed requesting a refund and instead received a $15 coupon toward his next order, which is the same as doing nothing, as you are well aware. I have sent another request for a full refund, left a complaint with the BBB and this negative review.

Worst ever! My son sent me Mother’s Day flowers which arrived two days after, they charged him $80 for literally 7 flowers , nothing like the picture, which are all dead today, 2 days after arrival. From the quality of the flowers, the illegal “ bait and switch “ modus operandi, to their delivery, I give this company a 0 because 1 is too good. Buyer beware !!!

I ordered flowers and paid for expedited service. They never contacted me until I reached out when my DIL did not comment on the flowers. They missed the deadline and suggested a 20% discount to send them 9 days later! It's was a funeral! It was difficult to understand customer service (language barrier) and they kept "disconnecting". When I did, it was difficult to get the refunded. They wanted to discount several different ways. I was embarrassed by the lack of flowers sent. Do not use them. I agree with the others they say it is a scam and they are not reliable.

My son and daughter in law sent me a bouquet of tulips for Mother’s Day.When they arrived they were half dead. I called and thanked them for the flowers and would never mention the condition they arrived in for fear of seeming unappreciative but after thinking about it I decided to write this review so maybe it will never happen again to me or anyone else. How do you ship flowers without a souse of water with them. They looked like they were on the truck for days before they got here.

This company is horrid. They offered me 1 phone call, with no return number, saying there were problems with fulfillment and could I call. I then sent 15 minutes on the phone with no resolution, only to have them cancel my order 2 days later. Do NOT use. Look at their reviews on other services, like Yelp.

I put one star but they deserve NEGATIVE thousand stars. They take your money and do not deliver on time. And they say they do not know when the flowers would be delivered. A late flower delivery for any occasion is good for nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES.

The flower arrangement I ordered for my daughter for Mothers Day (5/12/24) was a poor representation of what was ordered - more carnations instead of roses, a cheaper version of what was ordered. Extremely disappointing.I WILL NOT be using this company again.

The flowers that I received were dying and delivered late. I called to report. Spoke with someone who was speaking with a very heavy accent. Asked the name of the sender and recipient. Kept asking the order number. I wasn’t going to tell the sender I received dead flowers!

Like others really wish there was a 0 star option. I ordered weeks in advance for Mother’s Day to arrive on Mother’s Day even paid extra for that day specifically. The order never arrived so I called customer service they said redelivery would be next day, Monday by 9am. Tuesday came around and still nothing. Called customer service again to just request a refund because I was over it. They attempted to give a 20% partial refund and an apology note until I said I would just do a chargeback through my bank if they don’t give me a full refund. Was put on hold for 30 mins before getting an email stating the refund would come in a few business days and the guy coming back explaining it. Just dont order from here. Save your money and time!

The first "bouquet" they sent was in pieces and dead. They "resolved the situation" by sending a new second "bouquet". But oops, it is in pieces and dead as well.

If I could write 0 I would. I have 2 pending flower orders. One placed Monday, one Friday. It's now Wednesday of the following week and nothing has been delivered. I have called, no joke 7 times. I was finally after multiple calls offered a 10% discount but waiting on flowers that have been sitting on the back of a truck for a week, to a woman diagnosed with cancer, ohhh but they promised them for a week freshness. Not except able. And the others, thank you assholes, for making me out to be the daughter in law after 25 years. Never again.

Flowers delivered 2 days late. Rose pebbles turning brown, 2 roses had mold, & it was necessary to through some flowers had be tossed out. Very disappointed as my grandson sent them from his military base.

I received an arrangement of mini-irises and yellow tulips (buds) for Mother's Day. The irises were in bloom and lasted one day. The tulip buds never bloomed - just started dying. When I called, customer service took my name, put me on hold, and later disconnected the call. When I called back, a different person answered but the same thing happened. I don't have the heart to tell my daughter that the money she worked so hard for was spent for this junk.

Admittedly, the purchased order was not delivered on the expected delivery date. As it was my aunts birthday I was a little bummed because I asked her if she liked her flowers in which she responded "What flowers?" I contacted the company by the chat option and Maaz was kind enough to update me with the error on their end as well as refunded the delivery fee, set a redeliver date and gave me $10.00 toward my future purchase. I was so grateful the helped to fix the mistake and not only make it right but gave me a quick response and a reason to purchase from them again. I do not have a picture but when my aunt did receive her birthday flowers she was very happy. Since then. I've purchase 3 more orders for Mother's Day. Thank you for making special occasions more special.
