“Omg, after reading the reviews I should have never used this company. I spent 79.00 and what they sent me was nothing compared to what I ordered. It didn't hardly have flowers nor the one in the picture. They didn't attach the I love you balloon nor the card I asked for. This company ruined one of the most important days Mothers Day for my mom.
I am getting a refund, but what matters more is my mom special day won't be as bright without her flowers. For what i spent i could do better getting everything from pubix. Shame on this company. Me as a owner would at least send the client a small arrangement to compensate for there hugh mistake but nope. Oh yeah when they came to deliver the small arrangement they didn't bother even ringing the door. I'm glad I caught them on the camera or else id be screwed even more.

“I paid over $100 for an upgraded premium arrangement and got something that looked like it was bought at a supermarket! Do not order from them! Totally false advertising and just stealing your money! Photos included show what I thought I was ordering and paying for versus the actual sad looking item that was delivered! I expected some flower or filler substitutes but this is a total scam!”
“What they advertise online is not what they give you. I ordered their Deluxe flowers with a box of chocolates and got a bouquet that was half the size of what was on their website and a cheap looking bag of chocolate haphazardly tied to the vase.
They gave me a full refund, but this is the second time this company has messed up my order. Won’t be using them anymore.”

Called customer service and they didn't know why the flowers were not delivered as they have no way of contacting UPS. Said that I was charged same delivery that I never asked for. Asked how they knew the flowers would be delivered by then since the tracker has said out for delivery for 2 days. Said if they don't arrive call again. Got notification that they arrived. My mother didn't get a door bell rung no knock at the door had to ask if she had a box outside of her house. Well petals are already falling off the daisies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have another arrangement out yo my mother-in-law and can't wait for second embarrassment.”

It is unbelievable that this company has such a blatant misrepresentation of the product that they are selling and continues to do so customer after customer. The flowers were to be delivered on the Thursday before Mothers Day. Tracker said deliver May 9. Flowers never came. When calling the customer service they had no clue why there were not delivered. They have no way to contact UPS. Said I was charged with same delivery that I never asked for. Wanted that refunded. Couldn't do that. Asked when will the flowers arrive said May 10 before 8:30 pm. How do I know they will be delivered since the tracker said out for delivery for 2 days. Again, could answer that question. Do not order from this company. I have another arrangement headed to my mother-in-law and can't wait to deal with the second embarrassment forthcoming.”
“The main flower in my mom's mother's day bouquet was not even put in the arrangement and they also never delivered the chocolate. I would have never even known if I didn't ask her. “The flowers smell terrible when I opened the box, like rotting vegetation. They had no water and the leaves and half the flowers were wilted. In 2 days, despite my efforts to trim and save them, I had to throw most of the bouquet in the trash. They didn't even last to Mother's Day.”

“Oh my God, you sent a plain box with some tulips, not in any kind of water but attached to the box open with no water supply and we had to assemble something together and a plain glass vase. The flowers are curving over the leaves have begun to fall off on the same day. This is shameful to show pictures of an arrangement in a vase when it clearly comes attached to a box I could not believe live. Flowers were Lang sideways in a box with no water supply not even the plastic little bubbles that would insert on the stems but rather nothing how could there be no water supplied for God knows how many hours. This is so shameful. I will find every site where you can review so people are forewarned. They will not get any flowers in any kind of water And there will be no water supply.”
“All the reviews are true. The website doesn’t even let you leave reviews because they only have fake ones!!! PLEASE CALL FOR REFUND EVERYONE. I made two orders day costing $200. Yes the flowers were dead, yes the flowers did not match the kinds of flowers or colors in the pictures, yes the chocolate strawberries were melted, and yes the box was thrown, and yes nobody even rang the doorbell. But with the camera we saw quickly. Box was picked up only a couple minutes after being neglected. And everything still in awful condition. BUT YES I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK IN 2-3 business days”

Mom received these flowers, no card with our personalized message. Delivered in 1 day, but clearly rushed. To leave out the card on a Mother's Day order for a loved one is inexcusable. Even worse, the dry apology from Rhea, the representative who answered, "We are extremely busy as it's Mother's day weekend". I will have someone call your mom to apologise". Yes, that should make up for the poor service! You just lost this customer. Flowers delivered without sender name or even name of business! It was like dropped from the sky straight to recipient.”
