My son and daughter in law order me flowers for Mother’s Day. Today is Tuesday 2 days after Mother’s Day and I just got them. I think you should refund their money. Wouldn’t order from them again

I ordered flower to be delivered to my mom the day before mother's day, their delivery time is between 9am to 6pm, I called at 2pm on the 12th and they said it was on the truck and is out for delivery (LIE) I called at 6:15pm and they said they had a lot of deliveries and it was still out for delivery... At 8:38pm still nothing... Customer service in India said ooops sorry it will have to be delivered on the 14th, I received an email at 6:24pm on the 14th stating it was delivered, I called my mom and guesssss what?! NOFLOWERS.. This company is a SCAM... I asked for a full refund and I called my CC company.. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, STAY FAR AWAY.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother that were supposed to arrive on May 12th. On May 13th I checked the tracking as they had not arrived yet and it said they were in a UPS facility in Wilkesboro, NC. I checked again today as they had still not arrived and they are still in a facility in Wilkesboro. I first tried to chat on their website but the bot closed out my chat before it even anwsered. So I emailed and got a response about how sometimes deliveries can take longer, which wasn't very helpful as it didn't actually give any information. I ended up calling to see if I could get a better answer than that and it was not a pleasant phone call at all. I asked why they are still in a facility and the man assured me that they were out for delivery and would arrive tomorrow. So I asked about what would happen if they were dead since they are fresh flowers and according to the tracking website they were put together on May 10th and were heading to North Carolina from Kentucky. He assured me that they wouldn't be and they were coming from a local florist but if there is a problem I could call and get a refund. When I made a comment about how they are coming from Kentucky and that they have been cut since May 10th, he let me know that they know what they are doing and that I "don't understand" (his acutal words). He tried explaining some sort of process to me but I was having trouble understanding his accent, I let him know that I was having a hard time understanding and he asked if that was all and said goodbye. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever expericenced. Which is a shame because my family has ordered from there before and has never had a problem. I guess we'll see if they actually get delivered tomorrow, but I don't have much hope.

Horrible experience . I ordered mothers day bouquet 4/7/23 for Friday 5/12/23 delivery . I was awaiting email confirmation of delivery and called the cust serv phone line . The rep on the phone had English as 2nd language for sure . I couldn't even guess what country i was calling . But the few words i could understand were delivery tomorrow . The next day I went on their chat feature on their website , and was told they were reaching out to the local florist and I would receive email conformation . I did not so I again called the cust serv number and spoke to another rep who spoke a little better engrish and was assured delivery would be Sunday 5/14/23 . It was NOT delivered Sunday either . For the 1st time in 30 years or so I couldnt get my mother flowers on mothers day . I ordered a month in advance but thats not enough time for them to deliver . I will advise everyone NOT to use FromyouFlowers .

I really regret that I trusted this company. I ordered flowers for May mam, for mothers day, but the flowers were never delivered. They apologized three times and kept promising to deliver, but the flowers were never delivered. It is very painful that Mom was left without flowers on this special day

This company is pathetic!! After giving the benefit of a doubt, after they failed me previously, I tried them again and here is what i got: 1. I ordered a dozen red roses; they delivered a dozen 2. they promised to redeliver the order the same day; the order will now arrive on 9 May, 36 hours later. 3. The promised me a 50% refund; they refunded me $35.40 of a 135.08 order. This company should be shut down!!! They are the absolute worst!! Colonel TW Williams, U.S. Army

I ordered a corsage to be delivered the day before we would need it and paid for the expedited delivery. I received an email late the day of order that it would be delivered the next day. I called them twice and the assured me it would be here. I got nervous about 2 hours before my son had to leave for prom, I called around, but florists are not open in our town on Saturday. I went out with 2 bulging discs in severe pain to try to find something to replace it. 3 stops later I bought what I needed to make it myself. I ordered it because I am injured and it hurts to drive. They only refunded my expedite charge, not the full amount. I feel like I should be compensated for my pain and stress. This should have been a happy day, but this company made it a stressful one. Do not use them. It’s not about the money, it’s the bad experience that I will never forget.

Do not order from this business. Easter Flowers were promised to be delivered Saturday paid extra for express delivery emailed me saying unable to deliver Saturday but will deliver Sunday morning and refund express shipping charge. Just received an email unable to deliver today will deliver tomorrow. Needless to say I cancelled my order and got a refunds Just warning that this might happen to might else. Unacceptable and unreliable floral service. Use a local florist so you won’t be disappointed

This was the most horrendous experience I have ever had with an online company. I tried for two days to get flowers delivered. I had to call them at least 7 times to check on the status of my order. If I could rate a 0 I would. Never use the company to send flowers !!!

My spouse and I chose the DELUXE CLEAR BLUE SKIES BOUQUET SKU: TEV25-3 ($67.86) to our friend who's spouse died from cancer. Order #424953708 placed on 03/26/23. I worried about delivery details so I contacted the company via chat. Here is part of my conversation. "ME - This is what makes me worried. Some companies take pictures of the exact bouquet that is ready to be delivered. Some companies deliver very poor bouquet that is far from the picture and price we paid. Sufyan - You are covered by our 100 percent Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason your order was not delivered or any quality issue, we will be happy to work with you on whatever resolution you prefer." I didn't dare ask friend to take a picture and send it to me but today I sent the picture of the bouquet we chose and she sent me the REAL bouquet she got. My husband and I were shocked and we were embarrassed because our friend possibly thinks we chose such a miserable bouquet for them! YOUR description and real flowers are way different bouquet. DO YOU SEE ANY ROSE or BLUE CUBE VASE and the quantity of flowers in the deluxe bouquet?! SHAME ON YOU! We wish you and your disgusting company in the hardest moments of your families to get NO flowers or the poorest quality gifts from such companies like yours! This is the company I complained about to BBB: From You Flowers, LLC 143 Mill Rock Rd E, Old Saybrook, CT 06475- 4217 (800) 838-8853 I wrote an email to them and got their response in an hour that said we will get a refund of 30% ($15!!!) of our order and apologies! Refund of 30% off you call "You are covered by our 100 percent Satisfaction Guarantee"? Apologies are NOT accepted. We feel like a company stole our money making "business" like this selling nice pictures and delivering misery to people we love and care for!!! It is called FRAUD! I checked BBB complaints and oh, my God, how many people including us were cheated by YOU! You ALREADY ruined our gesture of thoughtfulness and care towards our friend and her family! How you DARE treating people like this!!!???? Pics attached. Desired Settlement: We DEMAND REAL bouquet to our friend and her family, and FULL refund to us! We are waiting for their response to BBB and us...

I ordered a succulent flower arrangement, a balloon and a box of chocolates to be sent to my sister's home after she had surgery. When the flowers didnt arrive on time, I called. They couldn't track the delivery person. And when it finally arrived, half the items were missing.....no balloon and no chocolates. The flowers which were advertised as a succulent arrangement, did not have the succulents. The succulents were the only reason I ordered from this company, because my sister loves succulents and I thought it would cheer her up. Bad experience overall.

Placed an order to be delivered the next day. When I got the confirmation I saw that they had shipped the wrong order. I text customer service and got a bot. The bot then switched me to what I was led to believe was a live person on text. They told me once you order ship they can't do anything. The website is not very easy to navigate. I would recommend avoiding this company and their website and buying your flowers elsewhere.

The flowers were delivered a day late, meaning the occasion was missed. Even though the website said the flowers would be delivered same-day. The picture made the deluxe bouquet look MUCH larger than they actually were and there was no ribbon tied to them as stated in the description. The pictures on the website are a scam. The tracking feature was also inaccurate. All in all not a great experience and will definitely not be ordering from here again.

They take lot of money from your pocket, but flowers will not be sent the same as expected as they show to their website. Horrible look, in fact I got embarrassed after seeing the flowers when my husband received it. Most of the flowers were missing. They never even mentioned on their website how many flowers in each bouquet, and here is the trick of this company. I would caution others against using this company's services, as my experience has shown that they are not reliable or trustworthy.

On a Thursday at noon I ordered a plant to be delivered to a funeral home the following day. At 2:16 Thursday I received an email saying that plant was not available so a substitution would be sent. At noon on Friday I received a call saying the plant could not be delivered. At I asked for an explanation at least 20 times but the person the phone had no explanation. I did receive a refund but I feel terrible that I sent nothing for the funeral. I really believe this company is a scam and needs to be reported to the BBB.

I order some flowers this week. What was delivered was significantly different than what I ordered. I attached a picture to this review of what I ordered with a picture of what was delivered. You can see there are less flowers in the bouquet. I understand that some flowers may no be in season, bloomed, etc. But your site indicates that they will replace those with other flowers. There are no replacement flowers in the bouquet delivered. There is 1 sunflower vs. the 3 in the picture. The bouquet is practically empty. I am utterly disappointed in this. This was a bouquet to be sent to my friend who lost her husband. I will not be ordering from you again.

I used this company twice within a month, in both instances the flowers didn't make it on time. To make matters worse, in both instances I got an email stating that the floral arrangements were delivered on time so I was given a false sense of relief. The first floral arrangement arrived a week later after I made four calls to customer service. The second time,the flowers never made it so I just asked for a full refund which it was granted after arguing with the customer service representative.

Ordered flowers on 14 Feb and paid extra for for delivery that day... didn't arrive Spoke with them on 15 Feb and they arranged for delivery that day... didn't arrive either. So now at the point of demanding a refund. Extremely disappointed with the service. Don't waste your time on them!

This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever delt with. Ordered flowers, balloon and candies for my wife for Valentine'sDay. Over $100. Got an email saying it was delivered, but it wasn't. Called twice beforehand only to get false promises that it would be delivered and the typical bs runaround. The agent was very hard to understand and the online chat was like talking to a robot. Long story short, they refunded my money after a 45 mintue wait and no apology or anything. First and absolutely last time I use this so-called company. What a joke! I should have read reviews before using them....BE WARNED!!!
