They gave me a partial refund because what they delivered DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURE. What arrived was shriveled and drying flowers and mostly greens to fill out a smaller vase than expected for a premium package. I will NEVER use them again and did so this time because of their delivery window.

Dead flowers for Mother’s Day!! Ordered May 8 my mother received them May 13. They arrived dead. Ordered Lilies,Iris,tulips. Sunflowers were sent 🤔🤔🤔???Company has terrible customer service. Nobody speaks English!! Never ever use them!! They do not care. Cancel all charges on your credit card immediately.

Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day! I was given delivery date of May11, the day before Mother’s Day! Flowers were not delivered until May 13, the day after Mother’s Day! The first time I called customer service, agent assured me they would arrive on Sunday, May 12! Of course they did not arrive then! In my second call to customer service the agent literally negotiated a refund! Not all of it as I expected, but first 20%, then 30%, then 50%! I actually got $15 back after spending $70! Pathetic customer service!! Will never use this so called business again and neither should anyone else!!

ordered 10 days in advance and they couldn't even do the one job they had. Bouquet never arrived ! don't use this company, do yourself a favor

I received a Mother's Day gift from my daughter. It contained 2 yellow roses they had been crushed, 5 stems of chrysanthemums that were smashed together in a vase that was too small to accommodate them. Each stem held multiple smaller stems of blooms. There was also one stem of several lily buds. About 4 of the buds had broken off the stem. This was a poorly put together bouquet. There was no arrangement. Everything was jammed into the case.

Flowers sent for mother's day. They were pityful looking and dried out. Would never want someone to waste their money again on this company for flowers. Very poor quality

My son ordered flowers for me 3 weeks before Mother's Day so they would get to me in time. He called Saturday and asked me if I received them, I did not! Then he called the company and they told they would deliver Monday after Mother's Day. I was home all day never delivered. He called and asked for a refund today. If they can't handle an order that was given weeks ago they can't handle anything. I would never recommend them. Our children who live far from us try to do what they can for their parents and this company is no help at ALL!

The worse ! Ordered 5 days in advance for Mother’s Day ! Never received tracking said they were in transit Guy on phone said my deepest apologies one more time omitted they over extended over 5000 customers Not acceptable horrible never again

Apparently my daughter didn’t look at your company’s ratings before sending my Mother’s Day flowers. My guess is that most of the ratings would be 0 if there was one on the scale. My flowers arrived on time but were mostly wilted and some dead. No moisture at all for them - the green foam or individual vials. The only positive thing is that the box of 4 chocolates were good. How does a company like this stay in business?

They did not deliver what was ordered. The flowers were dead before Mother's Day. Called them numerous times...Each time was told they were going to redeliver the order (after being put on hold for over an hour and having to repeat all my information numerous times). They kept lying and wasting my time. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. Read the reviews. If you are a florist don't associate with this company...they will ruin your reputation . Had to ask for a full refund . Will see if i ever get it or if i will have to take legal action

Worst company ever!! Flowers ordered yo be delivered on Mothers Day never delivered despite paying extra for same day service. 3 phone calls today promising me they will contact the florist and be delivered as soon as possible. Still no delivery!! And the customer service department is outsourced to another country and I can barely understand them and they just keep giving the same spoon-fed responses. Waste of money! Never again!

My husband had a bouquet of white and pink stargazer lilies delivered to me for Mother's Day, and they showed up on Friday. So they were like 2 or 3 days early and they weren't even opened. They were just like buds and stems and leaves. And it looked awful and there wasn't even any decoration with it, like babys breath or ferns. They did offer a 20% refund. I'm extremely disappointed! If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I'm telling everyone right now... Do not order from this company!

Terrible service. I ordered flowers for my mother yesterday for Mother's Day and they never delivered them. They sent a notice that they had been delivered, but that was a lie. Said they would delivery them today, but they are just giving me the run around. Terrible.

SCAMMERS! Ordered Mothers Day flowers and they were never delivered., yet they marked the tracking as delivered. I called and told them my mother never got the flowers and they said, Oh, so sorry! We redeliver them tomorrow!" Tomorrow came and went and no flowers were delivered. Stay away from these scammers!

They lied about what was sent to my 97 year old mother yesterday on Mother’s Day after several up pricings . I called and informed them that they shorted her a dozen roses. They informed me that I would get a 20$ credit but gave 12.75$. It’s a joke company a joke customer service and anyone who uses them supports thieves. Get ready to file your own review. Extremely disappointed. M S F

Worst customer service. My Mother’s Day flowers that I ordered a week ahead of time were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. They weren’t. I called on Sunday they said they will definitely be delivered that day. They weren’t. I called the company and their response to me was we can give you a $2.99 refund. Otherwise there is nothing they can do about it and said it very rudely. I don’t understand how a company that is a delivery service can say they can deliver something and then don’t especially when it is a holiday. I will never ever using this company again.

Attached are pics of what I ordered vs what was received. They did refund me 25%, but I feel like this was a bait and switch tactic. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this site again.

How is this company still in business? I'm angry at myself for not researching into this company before ordering. Like many others, I expected to have flowers delivered for Mothers day....3PM on Sunday? No flowers. 5PM? No flowers. Contacted customer support (outsourced from another country) they said wait until 6PM and kept copy and pasting generic responses with no sympathy for their errors. 7PM? No flowers. I told them to just cancel the order as it was obviously not going to be delivered that day. This was supposed to be a special day for my mom and it was important that they were delivered as I ordered them weeks in advance. Flowers are something that is time sensitive and supposed to be delivered on special occasions. Don't take on business if you can't handle the demand and don't make promises you can't keep, especially with a sensitive issue like this. I'm convinced this company is 100% scamming customers and cancelling orders and issuing partial refunds. They said they cancelled my order and issues a refund and I did see an email saying the refund would be paid in FULL in 1-3 business days, so I will update this review when that happens. Absolutely terrible company.
