Payed for flowers to be delivered to my Mother for Mother’s Day also paid extra $5 to be delivered early. Three days later still no delivery. Everytime i call they just say will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and they proceed to say will be delivered tomorrow again . Waste of money and time.

Flowers was supposed to be delivered Friday. It is now Monday still nothing and then now telling me not till Tuesday this is the second time this has happened to me and it definitely will be the last.

The flowers I received for Mother’s Day were almost dead, you cannot ship flowers without them being cold in Arizona or they will die on the way. Very disappointed our family will never use this flower company again.

I'D GIVE A FAT ZERO IF I COULD. MOTHER'S DAY FLOWERS NOT HERE YET, DAY AFTER HOLIDAY, 1:30 PM. THEY LIED TO ME SAYING SHE DIDN'T PICK DELIVERY DATE THEN SAID THEY GOT TOO MANY ORDERS!!! 👿

Similar story to others. Flowers to be delivered Saturday before Mothers Day. Called saturday and assured they would be delivered. Delivered Monday after Mothers Day. And they didn't include the card. But I did get my $5 delivery fee credited.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. A few days prior to Mother's day I placed 2 orders. 1 to my house for my wife and the other to Texas for my daughter in law. I elected Saturday delivery for the Texas order because she would be home. It came on Friday when no one was home, was left on the porch in the heat and came in a box where everything had to be assembled yourself. The Arizona order just came today and the flowers were dried out and half of them were already dying. It was half the flowers shown in the picture and no Boe like pictured. I spent over $200 on both orders and after calling and being promised a 50% refund I got $50 back. Not 50%. I'll never order from this company again. Complete rip off.

This company flat out SUCKS. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day 6 days prior to Mother’s Day. Delivery date was scheduled for sat or Sunday on Mother’s Day weekend. ON Mother’s Day, my delivery was updated to Monday. WHATS THE POINT IF THEY DONT ARRIVE ON MOTHERS DAY!!!!! Called From You Flowers, all they could say was “sorry” and asked if I wanted a discount or a coupon. ABSOLUTELY NOT. They said they would refund half of my order back to me. Received an email saying they only refunded me “same day shipping fee”, when I didn’t even pay for the same day shipping fee. Then received another email that said IT WAS DELAYED AGAIN for Tuesday now. This company is terrible. Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY. Been on the phone with customer service now waiting for 25 minutes to be connected with a supervisor. DO NOT order from this company. Don’t accept their discounts or coupons as justification for their poor customer service. Just give your business to someone else.

The worst service I've ever had!!! I ordered flowers for mothers day. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday 5/10/2024 but it never got delivered. So I emailed them to change the delivery to Monday 5/13/2024. I got an email on Friday 5/10/2024 saying it was delivered on 5/13/2024. How the hell they going to send me an email on Friday saying it was delivered on Monday!!!! Than I called them and they said it shows it was delivered. So I asked for a full refund. Never again will I use their service!!!!

This company please don't order anything from them. Never received my 2 orders of flowers for mothers day. The day after mother's they delivered I order of flowers n not the other set. Don't order from them ever. I hope that they will refund me my money. We will see in 2 business days

Don't waste your money . They sent them in a box 3 states away . They were half dead on arrival and totally dead 2 days later . I complained and they gave me a whopping 13 dollar refund on a 68 dollar order. YOU FLOWERS SUCK

I ordered flowers on 5/9 for my sister for Mothers Day & they have still not been delivered yet. They have failed to delivery them twice. Paid $75 and now they are saying it will be 5/14 & Mothers Day was yesterday 😭

Send flowers on the wrong date. We were out of town, came home flowers sat outside front door for a 24 hrs. Refuses to process the refund.. DO NOT order from this website

i AM SO UPSET. I ORDERED A DOZEN ROSES FOR MY DAUGHTER, SHE RECIEVED SEVEN AND VERY LITTLE GREENERY. SO WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY REFUNDED 6.61, SERIOUSLY. IT IS A SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING. I LEARNED MY LESSON. THIS COMPANY, IS UNHONORIBLE.

Absolutely awful, never again. The bouquet looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I understand the need to substitute some flowers, but not when I ordered weeks in advance and not so many substitutes that the bouquet is unrecognizable. I'm assuming this company doesn't expect most people who place the order will ever see the finished product. Never again. If they deny my refund, I'll just send the photos to Amex to dispute.

I ordered the pink and white Lily arrangement for my mom on Mothers day. When you order flowers online, you expect them to look like the picture that is displayed. They were to be delivered to her nursing home. They were dropped of at an unattended loading dock. It was Saturday, the loading dock wasn't even occupied. After asking several people to look for the flowers, they were finally located. They were delivered in a flat box. I had to open the box and arrange the non blooming flowers in the vase. I have NEVER been more devastated then taking these to my moms room. It was embarrassing and humiliating. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. That's what I get for not ordering local...never again. lesson learned. When I called the company to complain, I got back a whopping $10.81...seriously...on a $90 order.

Just like everyone else here I ordered my mom flowers for mother's day. Paid for guaranteed delivery 72.00. never showed up I contact them and they tell me mother's day is all week. I said no it's not I want my money back they said 72 hours but Im not holding my breath. You search up flowers on Google this pops up first, Google needs to cancel these scammers fast they're out here stealing people's money. Going to bank today to see if there's anything I can do

Flowers were supposed to get to my mother in law by Saturday or Sunday (Mother’s Day) at the latest. Online tracker said will be there by 6. Never showed up. Customer service thought refunding the 4.99 delivery fee would make that right

My daughter ordered flowers for me, to arrive on fri before mothers day, they never came. when she checked the order it said they were delivered at 9pm that night, they were never delivered! so now the email she received said its under investigation, and yet they will not provide a picture of the delivery.. it ruined my mothers day because I waited at home instead of going out. This is so dirty, and you people are scammers.

Ordered flowers May 9th. Received an email that they would be delivered between Saturday and Sunday (Mothers Day). Never received another email. I called today (Sunday) and explained my problem. They assured me they would be delivered anytime from 9am-6pm. I asked for my confirmation number since my one and only email didn’t have one (RED FLAG). He gave it to me, so I could enter it into their website on my own time to keep track. My delivery progress report NEVER MOVED. My gut told me to look at reviews because things were not adding up. That’s when I found this page. Immediately I was thinking this has to be some sort of prank! The pictures I’ve been seeing that have been delivered to customers from this company are SICK! DIRTY BUSINESS IS ALL THEY KNOW!!! So after 6pm I called the company again…. I stated I never received my flowers and that I wanted a refund. He proceeds to tell me “ma’am, the reason the flowers are late is because there was an issue with a florist’s that area, I can offer you 20% off of your next order” Of course I don’t believe a word coming out of his mouth. I say, “no, the flowers were for Mother’s Day, the day is over and they are not here, I want my money back” He then tells me “I can change it to 30% off next time” I stated again what I wanted. He finally gave in after 3 times of going back and forth, and said I would be refunded in 2-3 days, which I’m still not hopeful about, so I will be filing a complaint to the BBB, and contacting my bank to ensure this is handled. SCAM!!!
