“I received the Tulip arrangement in the mail Friday from my daughter for Mother's Day. I had to wash the vase that they came in....it had dead flower leaves stuck to it. AWFUL!! Some of the tulips are dead already..after only 2 days! I would NEVER order from this company. NEVER.”

“I ordered a nice bouquet with vase several days in advance. It never delivered and I had the displeasure of confirming that with my mother-in-law on Mother’s Day. But to make matters much worse their customer service representative tried to convince me that it was my fault. So stressful! And, of course, I would not recommend From You Flowers.”

“This company is a joke.... I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement for my mother for mothers day... Her favorite flower is a carnation so I got carnations and daisies... She got a 2 stems of carnations, daisies, but mostly roses... Not what I ordered and not nice and full like the pictures show... What a joke. I will be reporting this company to BBB. I spent $85 for this...”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered from this company. Received an email from them at 9:30 my time saying flowers were delivered. It would have been 10:30 the recipient time. And they have cameras ordered was never received. Had to call twice to get a full refund the first time I called they only tried to refund $10 of my purchase and give me a $20 gift card. Never ordering through them again. Don't recommend this service to anyone.”

“HORRIBLE! Nothing close to what I ordered. I’d order 2 flowers arrangements for $68 each with some small chocolates box. This is a JOKE, this “company” is a scam. The first flowers was dead and nothing compare for I supposed to receive. The second one shows “Delivered” but is not. Still waiting to get a fully refund 0 stars.”

“I ordered a Mothers Day arrangement to be delivered to my wife. The glossies they advertised were roses as they grow naturally in all the glory and splendor. What she got instead were a few roses that had been spray painted with rainbow colors. I think they may have used some leftovers from LGBTQ Pride month gift bouquets. That was not the “holiday” I wanted to celebrate. I wanted to celebrate Mothers Day with naturally grown roses in all their natural beauty. That added spray paint stripped them of their natural beauty and caused them to wither. I’ve lived and learned. I will never again shop with fromyouflowers. com. Their operating strategy is clearly bait and switch.”

“I had a very poor and unsatisfactory experience with From You Flowers. I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement on May 7th to be delivered, with a holiday delivery fee, on May 11th to honor my friend’s mom who passed away. When the evening of the 11th had arrived and the arrangement had not been delivered I called customer service and I was assured it would be delivered today, on Mother’s Day. However, this morning I received an email stating the arrangement would be delivered on the 14th. This is a huge disappointment and I’m left with no options at this last minute. This is not a local company that can be trusted to take care of the customer. Not only will I not use this company again, I caution future customers that this is not a company that stands behind delivery times. This is not trustworthy or dependable. Next time I will search harder for a true local florist and not a big box company such as this one.”

“I received my from and they are horrible. When someone spends their hard earned money and the flowers look like they were pulled from the trash. I sure hope they take a look that the reviews and refund these money and replace the flowers. Also, was not able to upload my photos.”

“How is a place like this still in business?! Like all the reviews say- do not use them!! Flowers were delivered to the wrong address and supposed to get there before Mother’s Day. Now they “say” they will ship them for 2 days after Mothers Day. When I called customer service- they were very unhelpful and sounded super dumb.”

“Daughter spent a lot and what I got for Mother’s Day was wilted half dead flowers. Customer service is a joke! Wanted to give 10 or 15 % discount. Total BS! Never ever spend money here, dead in two days and nothing like what she ordered.”

“Very unhappy with their deceptive and misleading practices. We ordered three arrangements for my wife/mom. Two of the three arrangements were 1/3 of the size and quality of what was advertised. And half of the flowers are already dead. The third arrangement never arrived. We called the delivering florist - who was extremely rude and of little help. So we called fromyouflowers.com for a complete refund.”

“What a horrible experience! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother in law for Mother’s Day, and she got a totally different arrangement of what was supposed to look like. The arrangement looked so unprofessional and the flowers so different. I thought it was supposed to look similar to the original photo! I feel deceived. I will never buy from this website again and I will not recommend it to anyone.”

“I paid extra to have my delivery made before Mothers Day and reached out and they said they would refund my extra delivery charge I paid but they just acted extremely apathetic about it . Just really bad business practice if you can’t even fill Orders in expected times but have no problem charging people an arm and a leg .”

“I ordered flowers for mothers day and a birthday gift on 4/13 to be delivered 5/4 and 5/11. The 5/4 delivery was delivered 5/6, because they couldnt find a " local florist" and the 5/11 order was not delivered because it was deemed " unsafe to leave" regardless of the fact that the recipient was home ALL DAY LONG! Literally, she was home unitl 5pm. In all that time, they never delivered. Unreliable and irresponsible. Even with a months notice they cant do it! Never again”
