This is by far the worst flower delivery company I have ever encountered. I had someone call to verify the order and they barely spoke english.I could not understand half of what they said then they started to yell at me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she gave me some explanation. However, I could not understand it because she barely spoke english. After speaking with the supervisor and getting no help. I asked what we needed to do to cancel the order. I was told that I could not cancel the order because I did not place it.My husband would have to call in cancel the order. I was also told if it was not verified in twenty four hours, it would automatically be canceled and refunded to my card. When I asked whom to contact to make sure that the refund was processed properly. I was told we don't give out that information. This place is a total scam, and they are using people from other countries to access credit card information. Don't waste your time or money and follow up with a complaint to the better business bureau.

I paid for early delivery and they weren't delivered early. I called several times and was told they were expediting delivery. Two hours later still no flowers. Never use them again

Flowers arrived late even after paying for early delivery. Wasted day waiting. When delivered, left on step with no notice. Also flowers were already wilting, not worth what I paid for. Very dissapointed!

I ordered a bouquet for my mother's memorial that was today. I ordered it last week so that it would get there on time it did not it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday they didn't even reach out to me I had to call them and argue with a customer service rep to talk to a manager because the flowers were never delivered he offered me my money back and a $50 credit that's great except that I will never use this company again!!! I also suggest you don't use them!!! This is the second time that they have royally screwed up a delivery of flowers for me. I paid over $80 for a beautiful flower arrangement for my mother's memorial that I cannot attend and instead we got nothing!! I wouldn't even give them a one if there was a negative row they would get a negative for me!!

I ordered an arrangement on 11/15/24 to be delivered that same day. Order was cancelled on their end for some security reason. I placed order again to be delivered the following day. Arrangement was delivered first thing next morning but what nothing like the picture on the site. I reached out and the reimbursed 1/2 of what I paid. I would have thought they would have refunded the whole amount due to the entire inconvenience. But, they did deliver right away the following day and reimbursed 1/2 of payment.

I am very disappointed with this service. I picked a very unique flower arrangement and payed extra to assure this would reflect what we wanted for a friend who lost her baby girl. The arrangement she received was okay, something we could have purchased at the supermarket, not at all what we had ordered. There was a big misrepresentation of what it’s on their website and you pay for than what you will receive.

The flowers I ordered barely resembled what was delivered. I ordered a beautiful boutique with w a birthday balloon for over $80. 00. The photograph from my daughter of what was delivered were a few flowers in a small vase. Nothing close to what I expected.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and they show up 4 days late!! I tried the service dept and no calling me back. Not happy with them, i asked to cancel the next day after my daughter's birthday to a get my money back. I never got my money back!!

I ordered 11/13 for a 11/15 delivery, the delivery fee was $20 and the total bill was $73…they were not delivered on 11/15, I received an email they would be delivered on 11/16….got another email on 11/16 saying they wouldn’t be there until 11/18…I was offered 20% off plus the $5 expedited fee (16$ total) or to cancel ….i cancelled, do not use this company, AWFUL!! STAY AWAY!

I paid almost 60 dollars for the most basic flower arrangement! Barely any flowers ti also paid extra for guaranteed delivery before noon that did not happen. Flowers were delivered at 3pm. Worst service ever

Ordered from them before and didn't have an issue. Ordered a bouquet for my wives surgery and was told multiple times that it will be delivered today. Paid for expedited service. No delivery, no call to say there was a issue. This company has changed for the worse. Do not buy from them, as I will never use their service again.

Ordered 11/10 for 11/11 delivery. Paid the extra for guaranteed delivery before 12pm. The chat feature on their website did not work. I emailed customer service and they said it couldn’t be delivered today and I would be credited $5. never had this issue with any other flower service.

This company has terrible customer service! I ordered flowers guaranteed to be delivered today and even paid a fee to expedite delivery. When they had not been delivered during the time frame, I went to the chat line. The person stated that I would receive a refund on the expedite part of the order but they would be delivered today. An hour later, I received an email that they would not be delivered until the next day. I emailed to cancel the order entirely and now a “supervisor “ will get back to me. I am beyond disappointed and will never give this company business again! Wish I had read reviews first!

Paid for same day and expited shipping and order was never delivered. Had to ask multiple times for a refund and was told I would have to be contacted by credit dept. Because they could not issue refund at this time. Stay away

Flowers delivered were nothing like pictured. Skimpy sloppy , no arrangement. I was given a 30% refund on the flowers( nothing for the delivery charge) and a gift card which based on what my sister received I would not use. Will not use again The card in the photo is a separate card I mailed.

The balloons were never delivered. At 5:30 I finally called and cancelled the order. Cannot recommend this site and will never use it again!!!!

From You Flowers is an online company, that once you place your order with them, they then contact and contract with a local florist to fulfill your order. Instead, I called the company and placed my order with their customer service representative.. The following day I received an email that the order had been delivered. Then I waited a couple of weeks for acknowledgment from the recipient, who is usually on top of things. When I didn't hear from him, I called the company and they told me they would reach out to the local florist they used and find out if they snapped a picture of the delivery or who they handed the arrangement to. Ten days passed and I again followed up with From You Flowers and while I waited, they again tried to find out what happened to the delivery. When she returned, she said she couldn't reach the company, but she would send a replacement, to which I declined, saying this was for a funeral that took place a month ago. She then tried to get me to accept 15% off a future order. I again declined and said if I don't receive a refund, I'll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She agreed to a refund. On From You Flowers' website, they say, "We strive to make your experience buying flowers online with us unforgettable." They indeed have done that and had I known about their terrible reviews beforehand, I would never have used them. I advise others to do likewise.
