The roses were drooping and weren’t cleaned before putting them in box. They just weren’t up to standard at all.

I’m never one to send a complaint but I have come to believe that you need to know my disappointment in my recent order. On March 3, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who just had a horrible accident. When I saw the flowers, I gasped and asked “are THESE the flowers I had ordered?!?” I was shocked to say the least regarding how unbelievably small this bouquet is! I had an option to purchase “standard, deluxe or premium”. I ordered premium because I wanted the biggest and nicest ones! I am so shocked and upset at the tiniest bouquet. A size that I’d pay $15 for at a grocery store. I didn’t mind spending $75 for a big bouquet for my daughter, but this is embarrassingly small. I don’t ever order online flowers and I had zero idea that it would be so disappointing. This is completely unacceptable.

I am not happy with the customer service of this company. The website glitches and the order I picked didn't go through. I picked a florist picked bouquet, teddy bear and balloon. When I spoke to the customer service agent I was told that I only had a florist picked bouquet. My wife's birthday is today and I picked a same day delivery and wasn't able to pick a delivery time. The agent told me it was scheduled to be delivered by 5:00pm. My wife gets off work at 4:00pm, so I wanted to be safe and change the delivery address to my home. The agent told me that I couldn't change the address even though I only ordered it less than an hour ago, and that I couldn't cancel the order so I promised him that I would be leaving a honest truthful unsatisfied review which I'm doing now!

Do not order from this company. I ordered $60 flowers for my sick sister, and the flowers were half dead. When I emailed the company and sent a picture, I was refunded $18 with the promise of new flowers to be sent. 2 weeks later and still no flowers. Beware..!! They suck!!

These appear to be deals with florists that have flowers that are about to be thrown away. I have NEVER ordered from them and had the flowers last more than 2 days. Horrible business model. Very disappointed, and embarrassed. Never again.

What I ordered is not anything close to what was received by the recipient. Very disappointed, and their solution was to refund me 30% .. what I ordered cost way more than what was received.

Three times I ordered flowers, 3 times something went wrong. This time I ordered 2 days in advance. Paid extra for delivery before noon. No show. Called 3 times to find out what's going on. Can't even get ahold of the florist who is handling my order. But promising it will be there by 1:30 pm. If they say there sorry one more time, I think I'll get sick. Horrible, horrible service, management and staff. 2 thumbs down, way down.

I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. They are stationed in San Antonio so couldn’t be there. I ordered the most expensive version of the cotton candy bouquet. The flowers that came was not anything close to what I ordered. It was small and had a bunch of greenery. They didn’t even have the roses. It had a few wilted mumms and that was it. I called telling them the issue and it took them 3 days to get new flowers to her and still not the right bouquet. I won’t use them again.

The flowers were a day late and no attempt was made (surveillance video of front door confirmed). The flowers are not what I ordered, not even close. They are downright UGLY. So sad, I'll use another company next time.

I receive wilted flowers that were extremely late. I don’t recommend this company at all. No idea who delivered them because they came from another building that they have been sitting in for three days

This was the worst experience I ever had with a flower delivery. The order came 30 hours late and were put at the front door in the dark at freezing temperatures Naturally the flowers were dead. A very disappointing experience!!

If I could give Zero stars I would. I was in a rush and didn't read these reviews. I paid over 100 dollars for a funeral spray for my departed brother. I also paid extra for them to be delivered by 12 noon. It is 3pm and they never followed up to say if they'd been delivered. The service is over by now. Customer service is a joke; they can barely speak English. Avoid at all costs!!!

I was not made aware when placing my order that there was not a flower shop in the area to deliver to my recipient. They should be able to go by the zip code to let a customer know they can’t deliver in certain areas.

ordered flowers to be delivered anytime between 2/12 and 2/14. Received a call on 2/12 that they couldn't make that date but would deliver 2/13. Received a call on 2/13 that they couldn't make that date but would have them on 2/14 , in addition I would receive 10% off ( I haven't seen my card statement so I don't know if that's so). On 2/14 I received a call saying they would now be delivered 2/15, they would upgrade my flowers and give me a $20 gift cert. On 2/15 they told me they would come on Monday 2/17 ( which they did) haven't see a $20 gift certificate and I dont think they upgrade my order.)

Flowers were delivered later than promised to funeral home, even though I paid extra for express delivery. The personalized ribbon was missing from front of spray. The flowers were already wilted and had brown edges less 23 hrs later. They used a florist more than an hour away from funeral home that had to call us to ask where to deliver, when it was past delivery time. The spray was nowhere near the photo I ordered. It was embarrassing at my sister in-laws funeral. It looked like thay used flowers from grocery store. I got $33 refund from $150 order. It wouldn't let me upload photos.
