“I said I would not leave a review. I figured it would be better if I did. I paid for faster delivery and was told my wife’s 50th birthday flowers were going to be a day late. If I did not push the issue for a refund I would have not received it. The flowers are literally 3 days old and are already dying. My recommendation is to contact a different company. It would not let me add a photo”

“In the last month I placed three different orders every single one of them was wrong I understand it's not going to match the picture 100% but this was like night and day I don't know what kind of floors they use but they're not good don't order from this company. The first order I specified that it could only be carnations like the picture because my friend was allergic to all other flowers what did they send a whole bouquet of all the flowers that she was allergic to.”

“Please don’t use this site…. Ordered sympathy flowers and got nothing like I ordered! They did give a small refund… But I did call back and ask for the order to be replaced! Waiting to see if it will be fixed! So disappointed!!!”

“This is the second time in a month From You Flowers failed to deliver my order. All I get is order received and delivery scheduled with no delivered time. From You Flowers will charge your card and not deliver. At this point, this business is a scam. Google shares some blame in this at having this company a 1st selection for choice of Flowers. Anyone looking for Flowers, choose another company.”

“The arrangement was a day late and looked nothing like what I ordered ( I have ordered from them 6-8 times ) this arrangement was just plain ugly! I contacted customer service, they gave me a 20% credit. I will not order from them again!”

“I ordered flowers for my wife birthday yesterday and nobody deliver any flowers yesterday . I am very disappointed with this company. I also called them and I asked them when they’re going to deliver and they said they sent me email when the flowers will be delivered . This one never happened.”

“My husband ordered flowers for me for our wedding anniversary. He paid extra so they would be delivered in the morning. They were never delivered in the morning. I am actually still waiting for the flowers and it is after 7pm now. My husband called early in the afternoon and the company gave him a small refund for the flowers not being delivered as promised this morning. He just called the company again because the flowers have still not been delivered and he asked for a full refund which the rep refused to do and my husband was told the flowers would be delivered tomorrow! This is the first and last time we are ever ordering from this unreliable company.”

“Ordered flowers for a friend after her mother passed away. She sent me a photo of the arrangement and was much smaller and different than one pictured on website. Some of the flowers were wilted. Embarrassed to know she received such an awful arrangement. Was very expensive. For you Flowers should be ashamed. Called them and they would only issue a partial refund. Bad experience all around. Will not order from them again.”

“I ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws 84th birthday. I received an email they were delivered. I called her and bo delivery was receiving. I recently inquired twice about not receiving the delivery of this order. I never received a response. I called back and was told they were left between the doors, but she does not have a screen door (only one door.) Called back and left them know this and never received a response. Just to let you know, the flowers were actually placed in a storage building in the back parking area of the townhouse with no note nor voice mail letting the recipient nor I know where they left the flowers. The only reason the recipient found them was totally by accident when she went in the storage building to get something. This is absolutely unacceptable delivery service and not good customer service from you either.”

“Ordered flowers to be delivered 4 days ago and paid for the expedited fee, so that the flowers would be delivered early today. It is almost 11:30, and still have not been delivered. I will never use this company again. If I would have ordered them this morning with the expediting fee, I would understand a bit of the delay, but this is far from acceptable. On top of it the Customer Service rep could only confirm they have not been delivered and apologized for the delay. Use a different service or just buy local!!!”

“I ordered flowers was billed 3 times money was paid. They told me that my card did not get charged but my bank states it was. Put in hands of the security team. But still no flowers for my special persons day. Now awaiting refund. Hopefully very very disappointed with this company”

“I ordered the deluxe Gardenia Bonsai plant for my sister's funeral service. It was delivered two days late, so it was not there for the visitation or the funeral service. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed and embarrassed by the plant. It was pathetic looking - small, skimpy and no blooms. I would never order from here again. I wanted to honor my sister with something special - very disappointed Tried to upload a picture of the pathetic plant but it wouldn't upload - probably intentional. Sad, feel cheated. BTW, I did call and complain when I was told plant was delayed and they said they'd refund 20pct due to delay. This was before I saw what was sent. I wouldn't have paid $10 for what was sent. Looked like a skimpy weed.”

“I ordered flowers for my granddaughters 21st birthday on February 9, 2025. I ordered a nice bouquet and vase for $75+. They were delivered to her and they looked like someone had gone to the grocery store and picked up out of date flowers and stuck them in a vase. I complained they gave me 20% back and resent them. When they were delivered, they looked just like the first ones…grocery store day old flowers. I called again and they gave me 30% more back and resent them. Again they were disgraceful. I am calling again tonight and demanding that they refund the rest of my money. I don’t know who they are getting to order and arrange the flowers but they are not doing an acceptable job. I will never order from them again. I have ordered from them numerous times before and do so wish that I had asked the recipients to send me pictures.”

“This is the second time i've ordered flowers from this company and twice they came brown and they didn't bloom. They also came 4 days late and they assured me it would be delivered on a certain date, so their timelines on their website is misleading. Complete waste of time and money.”
