“They are the most unreliable floral delivery company I have ever dealt with I received an email on Valentine's Day that the flowers I ordered for my mother were delivered when they were never delivered I called on that day the next day and the day after to find out when the flowers would be delivered and never really received a reply only to be told oh they're going to be redelivered when they were never delivered to begin with. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could write my review and give them a zero that's what it would be”

“I bought flowers for same day delivery. They were for a death. It’s 3 days later and they still are not delivered. Customer service apologized profusely and stated that they would be delivered by 6 pm tonight. I’ve called twice, only to be told that a local florist couldn’t deliver. Very disappointing. I could have delivered them myself by now.”

“This is by far the worse place to order flowers. I will never order or recommend anyone to purchase from here. I ordered roses and balloons for my grandmother for her birthday she never received them. They emailed me stating they will send the flowers a week later absolutely not refund my coins thanks but no thanks never again please don’t waste your time with these ppl”

“My experience with FromYouFlowers was utterly disappointing. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law and my mother on January 15th, with delivery dates scheduled for February 9th and February 14th, respectively. However, what arrived fell far short of expectations. The flowers for my mother-in-law bore no resemblance to the picture advertised; they were wilted and already dying. Despite assurances of a replacement, we are still waiting for the promised fresh bouquet. As for my mother's flowers, they failed to arrive on Valentine's Day as requested. After numerous discussions with the company, they were finally delivered today. However, the so-called "upgraded" bouquet, promised for their failure to provide when requested, was a mere disappointment – consisting of just five small sunflowers, for which I paid $70. This was far from what was promised or expected, especially given the delay. In hindsight, I regret not being able to give them a rating of 0. I will never consider purchasing from them again.”

“This company is definately a scam! I order from them for Valentine’s Day. They never came. They kept lying. They really need to be reported and put out of business. They steal your money. I did ask for a refund and waiting for it. I already reported a claim on them on my card because i just dont trust them. It was my first time ordering from this scam place! I will never ever order from this place again. I hope they are caught very soon. I wish i can give zero stars! Never order from them!!”

“Husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine's which never got delivered to my job. Agent told my husband that they were going to be delivered the next day after Valentine's Day which still didn't get delivered. He paid extra for the flowers to be delivered on time for Valentine's Day and service never was rendered .”

“My husband ordered 2 wks before Valentine's Day for my arrangement. It has yet to arrive. Save yourself from having to order through a 3rd party website. Call a local florist for a guarantee delivery date.”

“This service has been really hit and miss for me, and after the last fiasco I'm finished with them. I really think it comes down to the local florist they choose to complete delivery, but it was awful. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that after my girlfriend contacted them to complain about the roses that were dead/dying after 24 hours they refunded my money. Initially there were items missing (was supposed to be a stuffed bear delivered also, it wasn't). When I complained about that they refunded that portion of my payment. One day later (which was Valentine's Day) the flowers were dead and/or dying. It just sucked all around.”

“I ordered roses on th 14th recieved email that they would be delivered on the 15th then I received another email that they would be delivered on the 16th!! I spent 100$ and then they wanted to give me a 8$ back. They ended up giving me 16$ back and a 10$ coupon on my next purchase!. Thanks for the delay!! Great job!!!.”

“I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my best friend's special birthday. When she sent me a picture of the arrangement she received, I was very upset. It looked nothing like what I ordered!! I called the company where they offered me a partial refund or a gift card ( lol, no gift card, since I will never order from them again!) I was able to get a 50% refund. But that doesn't make the disappointment go away.”

“I placed my order on a Monday for flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day for my wife at her place of employment on Wednesday. They never showed. The next day, Thursday, I called them and after they tried to upgrade my order I explained I just want my money back as Valentines Day is now over. They did finally reimburse my CC but I will never use them again.”

“This place really sucks. They are the biggest liars. They do not have any customer service. Cannot understand the people when you call. This is so wrong disappointing so many people. I ordered for Valentines day. Have not seen anything, get form email back when contacted by email and called 10 times cannot understand people due to heavy accent. Reporting this..”

“I ordered flowers the day before Valentines Day and was charge for same day/weekend delivery. Then I was charged service and handling fee of $14.99. My total bill was $63.94. Well Valentines Day came and went with no delivery. So I called and it took forever for someone to tell me they had a lot of deliveries. If you can't handle the volume DON'T TAKE THE ORDERS! All said and done they were going to refunded me $5.32 but just looked at me bank account and the took it out of my account. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS !!!!!!”

“WOW! I ordered flowers on Jan. 23 to be delivered Feb 14 for my son's anniversary. Not only did they not deliver them, they did NOT bother to tell me they were not even going to deliver them. Only found out after several calls to customer service that no one was available in that area. I sent flowers to that address many times from them before. They say guaranteed 1 day delivery but can't even deliver flowers ordered 3 weeks in advance. Right! Very irritated. This florist cannot be trusted.”

“I ordered a large bouquet of flowers (before 10:15 am) to be delivered same day and paid the additional delivery fee. By 9:15 pm, they were not delivered. I tried to reached out to customer service without a reply. So I sent a message asking for a refund. At 8:00 am the following morning, they arrived and were not what I ordered. Then I received the delivery message that they were delivered the day before. Called customer service and not only would they NOT give me a full refund (guess they do not ensure the 100% guarantee) but would only return me the extra I paid for same day delivery. I bought a bouquet at Trader Joe's for $12.99 that was bigger and cheaper that this place. NEVER use them again!”

“Bought 119 dollars worth of flowers, balloons and candy for v-day. One of two balloons showed up. The flowers were an absolute mess. 4 pieces of chocolate for 15 dollars which we found at wal mart for $1.24, and a 20 dollar teddy bear worth 4 bucks…. Rip off scam - do not trust”

“Ordered Jan 12 to be delivered Valentine’s Day to my fiancé and waiting all day with UPS showing out for delivery arriving by 7pm finally almost 9 at night I get ahold of customer service and they say I’m sorry your order is rescheduled to be delivered Feb 20th I told them that’s not acceptable ruined our first Valentine’s engaged. I demanded a refund we will see if they actually refund. Don’t let them mess up your special occasion”
