“WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE, THEY SHOW U 1 PIC OF A PRODUCT ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND THEN THEY SEND U SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. BEWARE!!!!”

Customer never contacted us to let us know that they did not like the item. Once review was left, we tried to reach out to the customer numerous amount of times without any success. We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase and would rather have our items back than to have an unhappy customer. To this day, customer still has not returned the item which we will gladly refund.

“It's from an earlier purchase the financing co didn't explain fully the lease and actual purchase of the item. I wouldn't recommend financing an item from u guys”

“Product As described; beware of misleading shipping times. Paid $50.00 for overnight shipping. Charge went on my AX Aug7 (when I ordered); but did not receive till Aug 9th. That's not overnight shipping-that's second day air. Their customer service was not the least bit helpful. If I hadn't just had back surgery I would have not accepted shipment and returned to sender. Just too difficult to deal with due to my health situation. Would never order from them again.”

“After receiving my item for only 3 days one of the links on the chain completely broke off after only one wear. I'm convinced that this was product isn't real and it's not actually 10k. I'm overly disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase an item from Frost NYC”

“This website had some good reviews on it. It also has some great products. However be warned, they will try to get over on you. I ordered a 30 inch 5.5mm rope which was suppose to weigh 24grams. It felt a little light after wearing for a couple days. I purchased a scale for weighing jewelry. It came out that my chain was 7grams short. Now 7 grams is about 29% of the total weight of what it was suppose to weigh. I then emailed this company, they came back with 2 options and I'm going to copy + paste their response, " Hi Jesse, As all of our chains are custom made there maybe slight differences int he weight. the weights you see online are all an approximation. We can offer you 2 options; we are able to offer you a credit of $125 towards your next purchase or you may send the item back and we are able to send you the correct weight. " They wanted to credit me $125 for 7grams. 7 grams of 24 is 29%... 29% of $1,000( $1,000which is the price of my chain) equals $290. So I don't see how they want to credit me $125 on my next purchase when I'm missing $290 worth of gold/weight from my chain. I ended up sending my chain back in hopes that it comes back with the correct weight.”

“I ordered a Cuban link necklace w/a gucci medallion & received a necklace equivalent to the size of sewing thread and the pendant was approximately the size of a quarter. This company is an absolute joke!!!”

“The chain and the charm was way to small I wanted to send it back but I hate the hassle on returning online ordershopping so the little chain and even smaller charm are just sitting nor a good gift for my husband at all”
