“What an awful company! Chelsea is just a nightmare with Frost NYC, I would not recommend working with her or even purchasing from this company. I was considering doing so, but after reading the reviews on Google and seeing the horror stories, I will stay away. Oddly, this company has a lot of spam reviews posting positive about their company over the past day, which leads me to believe they are either paying for reviews or spamming through other accounts. Very shady business practices.”

“I am very disappointed in the service I received from Chelsea and team. Based on the reviews I have read on Google Reviews and on other sites, it’s definitely a common practice for this company to send broken or flimsy jewelry and then turn around and refuse to refund this jewelry. Shame on Frost NYC. Do not support this business, as they will openly steal from you.”

“This company is a big scam they charged me 32 hundred for a $ 600 dollar appraisal. I went to send back to them they try giving the run around they finally after $50 shipping back they took over $700 dollars for return stay away buy jewelry in stores not frost ny scam”

“I only received part of my order which I will say "ROCKS" But the rest of the order has not come in even though I paid for the full order and have not had any of my questions answered. I live in NYC I don't understand what is taking so long.”

“Too lightweight. Gold speckles were left on my hands after taking it out of the pouch. Never experienced that before. Unfortunately I had already removed the tag. After reading other reviews and the hassle other people had trying to get a refund, I opted to forgo the hassle. But, I definitely won’t order from Frost NYC again.”

“I bought a so-called genuine Rolex, but it was pieced together from various parts, including fake ones. Such a thing is in no case a real Rolex. Frost NYC will not take it back, and because it is declared as a "custom set", you have no chance via Paypal. Very well done deception by Frost NYC, but not a good buy by any means. I wanted to resell my watch right away at a reputable auction house, they didn't even accept the junk.”

“Don't buy stuff here!!! Customer services are terrible. I purchased a watch here and it has a lot of major problems needed to be fixed. I contacted them for a month already and didn't hear anything back. I have been calling yesterday and they finally tell me that they will figure it out and call me back. And I still didn't hear back from them. Besides a watch that are not worth the price, they don't tend to keep their words by saying that they will send out the certificate to me by tomorrow. And it's been a month already. Don't shop here!!!”

“I paid 800.00 for a tiny chain. Fisrt off it took forever to receive. Then I wanted to add hearts on the ends of it so I called to inform them before my chain went into production and they ignored my request. I also wanted to upgrade this baby size chain and their customer service rep said she upgraded it which was a dam lie. Then when I received it and complained they told me to send in pictures and I never heard back from them. I called a couple times and got the run around. so now I'm stuck with this small ass chain. ###Buyer beware###.”

“Worst buying experience ever!! Beware of Incompetent workers with very poor phone etiquette! I’ve been in sales for over 29yrs and would never talk to a customer wether spending $1 or $1000 the way I was spoken to. That’s sales 101 but I’m guessing you get what you pay for when it comes to sales Associates! Everyone is a phone gangster there telling me to, oh well cancel your order and don’t buy from us anymore!! Who says that?!?! You need to understand people’s problem or issues and try to Resolve them with kindness and patience. I’m hoping the owner takes time to review his company’s reviews if I would have read half of them they would have never gotten my business. Like I said the worst!”
