“Thank you for an eatly delivery so many time my delivery was last of the day or did not make iy at all. I know you farm out deliveries to locals (pun intended). Today you got it right. She loved her flowers and that makes me happy. We were on thin ice FTD and me after a very long relationship. You were down to your last try but you have bounced back, lets keep up the good work.”

“I did not see the flowers I ordered as they were a gift. My friend said they were gorgeous. Ordering from FTD is always fast and efficient and the order is always on time.”

“Have been using them for over 20 years, usually 6-10 times per year. Had only 1 order during all of this time not delivered properly.......FTD corrected the problem quickly. Great customer service and easy to order online.”
