“My Mother in law was very happy to receive her Mother's Day flowers. Without warning!!! She shared that the box was heavy and had a staff member carry to her room. Later the staff member came back to her room to see what was in the box. They enjoyed the yellow rose plant.”

“I ordered a basket arrangement for my friend's Mother for her birthday. She sent a picture and it was gorgeous. I bouqht the exquisite size and it was chock full of flowers. Her Mom said she could barely pick it up. Made me happy to see such a gorgeous gift.”

“So I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and she never got them on the day I chose. So fuming, I called customer service wondering where my order is. Well I got this super nice women who apologizes and gave me an upgrade and my mother got her flowers that next day! Totally beautiful and my mom was super happy! Definitely went out of their way to fix it!”
