“I received at text message on Saturday telling me my time slot would be 3pm to 6pm on Monday, at 3.30pm on Monday I get another text to saying my delivery will be now between 6.30 and 7pm. My delivery arrived at 7.15pm Not exactly great service”

“Quick and efficient. I was told the day and given a time slot. I then received a phone call with an approx time. My only issue is that I found it hard to understand the delivery driver on the phone. Without being rude. His accent was so strong I needed to ask him to repeat several times. It would help if drivers where English is not their first language spoke as silly as possible. It would help.”

“Great communication on the morning of delivery. They were very polite and followed instructions and they respected my property. Very helpful and took the mattress to where it needed to go and then took all packaging away with them.”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE! They lie about when they will deliver, they are never on time and i had to get a crime number from the police as they tried to steal my luxury item along with verbal assault!”

“Well within the time window and handled with care. Also phoned twice to find address,as i'm in a very rural spot and the postcode covers around 40 properties. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending !”
