“Great.. was given pre warning of the delivery time, and the two men turned up pretty much on time. Assembled the furniture and prepared to leave. They wanted to leave the packaging, but when I asked them to take it, they agreed.”

“Perfectly polite delivery over 2 days. Chairs first then the sofa and on both occasions very polite staff and the goods delivered to the room of my choice. And they even offered to build my sofa. Couldn’t fault a single thing”

“Customer service was excellent. They were very helpful on working around a day when I would be there to accept delivery. Notified me the day before . Delivery guys text me to let me know what time they would arrive. Item placed in house where it needed to be. Overall very pleasant experience, would highly recommend.”

“Had my sofa delivered in a surprising 2 days after confirmation that a courier had be selected. Lovely gentlemen managed to get 1 half of my corner sofa through the door. Part 2 was a little more difficult and had to say sorry but there were sure it would fit without the packaging but they were not allowed to un-package the sofa due to there policy incase any damages occur on there behalf. I said not to worry, after they left, myself and my mum unpackaged both parts of the sofa and then asked two friends to help manoeuvre the second part of sofa. All in all they tried very hard to deliver the package and help with everything. I live in a flat so getting both parts of the sofa in the building was very easy and clean.”

“Furdeco (who I've never had experience with before) were excellent in keeping me informed throughout the process, by email, text, and phone. The driver carried out my instructions of where to leave my package if he got there before I managed to get home, and the package was in very good condition, with no damage whatsoever (which is unusual for deliveries these days). I would definitely recommend Furdeco for your deliveries.”

“The pre-delivery phone contact was good and gave an early 2 hour time slot for the following working day. Prior to delivery I had a phone call to give an estimated arrival time. The driver arrived within a few minutes of this time. Both he and his mate were helpful and left my radiators as agreed in my garage. An excellent service.”
