“Good communication before delivery and driver kept in touch with timescale on the day. Men would not take away packaging which was large and would have been difficult for me to dispose. Unfortunately item was faulty and had to be taken back so thankfully I still had packaging. Again Company kept me informed of collection details and driver phoned on the way to uplift items.”

“Great products and prices and really efficient communication (from a person with a name!) When the item we ordered was out of stock. An alternative finish was offered and quickly processed and have to say I'm glad we had the alternative finish as it's amazing! Looks far more expensive than it was.”

“Furdeco kept me well informed in regards to delivery time and day further they were on schedule despite distance travelled. When the delivery arrived the two young men were very polite going beyond the call of duty to navigate a difficult staircase then position a very heavy oak wardrobe in allocated upper floor bedroom. Thank you from a very impressed customer!”

“Shocking delivery and post delivery customer service. Shocking. Diesel spilled the full length of the drive. They say they knew there was an issue with the lorry. Three weeks later and still not sent anyone to clean it up. Huge damage physically and environmentally some of which is across the footpath and onto the public road. They had someone quote for clean up and repair of the damage but were not prepared to pay to commission the work so they offered me the derisory amount of £300 which was way less than the costs of a professional clean and rectification work they were quoted by their contractor. They know this since they have a quote so to try and fob me off shows further bad faith. The photo shows the extent of the damage and what needs cleaning. Shocking.”

“Gave email and messages notifications if delivery . On the day gave a time slot and half an hour before gave a phone call . Offered to unpack when delivered , I declined because I was busy with something else. Polite driver who wished me a good afternoon as he left .”

“Totally dissatisfied with delivery service this morning 16 /6 /2023. Furniture was to be delivered to room , packaging removed and assembled. Furniture was delivered into room and packaging removed but it was not assembled as paid for and as stated on my copy order which was pointed out to delivery men. They called their company and I spoke to a lady who was unhelpful and said that I should contact the store who supplied the furniture. When I pointed out that it was 7-45 am and the store did not open before 9am she said that they could not assemble the furniture as they had other deliveries to make ! Experience confirmed to me that the company has no idea of what customer service means and are not interested in giving it. I also have no confidence in the company taking any notice of and / or corrective action in line with the reviews and comments it receives. The delivery men were eager to leave as they were over the 15min allocated for the delivery ! After they had left the house we noticed that 2 bolts out of 4 needed to fasten the swivel legs to one of the chairs were missing ! !”
