We are genuinely pleased to hear that your order arrived promptly and that our next-day delivery service met your expectations. I would like to sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the courier leaving your parcel at the door without waiting for a signature. I completely understand why this is disappointing; receiving a valuable item should feel secure from start to finish. Regrettably, the standard operating procedure for many national couriers changed significantly during the pandemic and has since become the industry norm. For many delivery providers, the move away from physical signatures allows them to maintain the speed and volume required in the current market. Because these are third-party services, this specific aspect of the delivery process is, unfortunately, outside of our direct control. We truly wish we could dictate every step of the courier's interaction at your doorstep, and we are sorry that this experience fell short of the high standards we strive for.
