Delivery was a little fragmented and confusing, but product arrived eventually

We usually pride ourselves on a very short delivery cycle; however, we encountered a minor setback with this particular product line. Our supplier was undergoing a year-end stocktake programme, which temporarily paused their dispatch operations. They were able to ship the stock to us on the 12th of January, and upon receipt on the 14th, we immediately prioritised your order for dispatch. It was good to find somewhere that had the specific product I needed in stock but unfortunately it’s arrived damaged. I’d presume this is more likely because of the delivery company which is a shame.

Sadly the Order delivered was incorrect but the staff at Future shop resolved by sending out the replacement and apologised and compensated me for the inconvenience caused.
