“I had trouble with the fixtures at the end of a cable I bought - I tried it late evening and email the customer service team then. I had an extremely helpful and pleasant email back before I had finished breakfast the next morning. Very impressed!”

“Spoke to Mark about upgrading fuses to the QSA yellow ones and when I got off the phone to him it was dispatched within 10 minutes and received it the next day. Excellent service. Put the fuse into my AV Receiver and straight away I noticed a difference for the better. Im still burning it in though but very pleased and over time it will improve with great results! You think aye a fuse, how can that make any difference, but it does.. Now I will get another for my TV to enhance picture and sound quality too. Thank you and a very happy customer!”

“Very good service from Future Shop. Replacing a TP Link transceiver & multi mode fibre cable with ADOT MC2 & mono mode fibre proved surprisingly effective despite server supplying music being downstream. Cleaner network I suppose.”

“I recently purchased a merlin tarantula mk6 qsa black power cable and it's got 30 hours left of burn in, but even now it has given my music more weight and depth with a tighter bass line and improved soundstage. Once its fully burnt in im sure the top end treble will be ace too.”

“The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. I placed the order at 3pm on a Wednsday and it was delivered at 11.30 the next day, via RoyalMail24, needing it the at the latest for Friday afternoon. Excellent service Futureshop and RoyalMail24. Thank you.”

“Excellent service, cable arrived the next day on time this Saturday as I chose Saturday delivery option. . Purchased the award winning chord company Rumour X cable for my Quad ARTERA Solus cd streamer. The difference in sound quality using this cable with my KEF R3 META speakers is a night and day !!! My Quad stereo power amp using chord company Array X shawline XLR and Rumour X cable together with the Quad ARTERA Solus cd streamer Wow !!! This is why you buy decent quality cables that work with a system . in my opinion you could end up selling a really good system thinking it was average sounding due solely to poor cable choice !!”

“Ordered a pair of Speaker Cables, whilst on order I realised I had ordered the worng length. Mark was extremely helpful in amending the order and keeping me updated as to the revised delivery dates etc. All in fair price for the item and excellent customer service!”
