“Needed cable at short notice. Called and someone called back 20 minutes later confirming was in stock. Asked if I could pickup as not clear if possible on website. They confirmed and I drove and got the wire they had put aside for me. Excellent service.”

“Futureshop are a great online dealer for purchasing *serious* HiFi products. Their staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I discussed my purchase of a Furutech Ethernet cable with Nigel, then after ordering, realised that I actually needed two of them. He kept me informed about the slight delay with Furutech's cable supply, both of which turned up the following week. There aren't many online HiFi dealers that I trust, but Futureshop are the top of the list. I am sure that I will be back, as funds allow. Buy from them with total confidence.”

“I ordered some speaker cables. I know nothing about them and therefore telephoned to make the order. I was very grateful, impressed and thankful for the help I received. Everything was explained along with all the options, and I made my purchase. The cables arrived much more quickly than I expected and have made a HUGE difference to the sound of my system. “I have just completed a purchase of a eos power block together with a merlin cables that are yet to be delivered, however, the personal services i received from Hezron is extraordinary. Staff at this future shop continue to provide excellent service always tailoring their services to your requirements. I have not yet even received the items and i am very excited.
