Delivery was slightly delayed due to Future Shop having to get it from the manufacturer but when it arrived was well packaged. On opening the package I found one of the hex bolts missing from one of the leg packs, so I called customer support on the Monday. Customer support were very helpful and said they would contact the manufacturer and get them to post one out. It finally arrived on the Friday, so I assume Future Shop don't hold stock of this rack. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait nearly two weeks before I could built the rack (hence a lost star) but once built I was very impressed with the quality and look of the finished rack. So therefore I would recommend Future Shop and the Apollo Storm 6 HiFi rack.

Great service and product. But was dissapointed with the white vacuum sleeves that where used on the ends as they make it very difficult to tell the positive and negative apart on the cables and are also not what was pictured on the product page. I wanted the nice black and red ones pictured. The white also does not match with the matching jumper links I also purchased.

First off the service from future shop is ok unfortunately my delivery has not arrived yet the day it was supposed to come I had to go out so I changed the location to my local newsagent when they tried to deliver Thursday the shop was closed so I expected them to reschedule for Friday but did not come so I phoned DHL and was told my package had been left in the depot no reason was given why I am not happy.

Once a parcel is with the courier, changes to delivery location and timing are handled by them, but it’s disappointing that this wasn’t rescheduled as expected. Sales suggested a wrong cable for me, but he offered me refund instead of replace the right one for me, delivery sometime delay, mostly speedy, product performance of a Merlin Tarantula MK6 UK Mains Power Cable QSA Edition Termination:IEC 10 Amp C13 QSA Edition is absolutely perfect with that price, so I purchased three of this cable, it could be better to let us have more choice of fuse as it only got two options for fuse.

I greatly appreciated Future Shop working with Atacama to order some shorter supports for my speaker stands to accommodate taller speakers. Shipping to the US was reasonably priced. The only issue was that shipping was delayed in the US as the manifest had not been correctly described but Future Shop were supportive in my interactions with DHL to address.

Extremely good service i.e. speed of delivery, packaging etc. Website good but glitches and speed need improving. I bought an optical audio cable. Rather limited options at the length I required. Arguably not your role but an ingenue such as myself would have benefitted by guidance as to which cable quality and therefore perhaps which brand was going to be best or at least most appropriate for my system. Possibly I should have gone for a more expensive one but I don't think you had the right lengths.

I have received and set up my lovely new stand. A little niggle though. The top shelf looks a little off. The edge is not a 90 degree angle in part and looks discoloured. I will rotate and hope other side is true, but a tad disappointed with an otherwise beautiful rack.

1. UPS delivery is a big disappointment. It's estimated delivery time provided at the beginning is a total mistake and I can't believe that they're not aware of it. And then it's waiting without knowing when the package will stop and start moving again. When they delivered, they called 20 minutes in advance and expected me to be at home waiting for them. 2. May be I didn't manage my expectations well. The Genesis is just about the same as my 20i though after 96 hours of burn-in by the esteemed Nordost machine and I've been extra careful with the direction of the cable. Just hope that it will gradually improve. By the way I'm using s 300B to drive a pair of Lowther which is supposed to be a very efficient and revealing system.

Hello. When I first connected to the speaker and listened to it, I was disappointed. I thought it was because the speaker cable was thin. But as I keep listening to it, I think it's getting better. I like the mid-low notes. The high notes seem a little soft. Overall satisfaction is good. I'm thinking of testing it by connecting it with a Korean speaker cable through a double run.
