“ Placed 2 orders with this company, value of each over £70. Last delivery had Kniphofia bulbs x 5 which were withered, slimy & smelled stagnant - certainly won't be thriving anytime. No response from multiple emails. Can't complain about quality of previous trees & plants, but certainly won't be a returning customer. ”

“ Incorrect delivery sent much cheaper plants instead. Trying to contact them is hopeless. No phone number never reply to chat , emails, messaging. Basically they ignore you once they’ve taken their ££. I’m not giving up though!! Avoid them ”
