“ I took images, out the flowers in the bin and emailed the company straight away however, the customer service lady advised a refund or replacement would not be provided without images of the individual plants, pots and the delivery note. ”

“ Absolutely shocking delivery, placed order over 10 days ago, still nothing. Emailed and got the same standard it could be 7-10 days if its peak season. Appalling for £6.99 delivery!!! Not holding out much hope of these bulbs being in a decent state when arrive either. There's a reason they are cheap, i'll pay more next time and go elsewhere. Avoid ”
