“ Very disappointed like everyone else happy to take your money but no customer services whatsoever have ordered from several companies during lock down and have had fantastic service so will not be using them again I placed my order on 17th April and now 20th May......... ”

“ Never known such bad service . Completely outgrown their usefulness. As has been mentioned loads of self promotion, take your money and you’re left without any back up. If my order ever arrives I will not use them again. Other online plants are being delivered so what’s the problem I ask. ”

“ Like everyone else, ordered my plants 4th April I’ve had one email to say goods would be delivered within 15 days of ordering since then nothing, tried their online ticket system to contact them but no response. Phoned by bank an hour ago & raised a dispute, the money is back in my account & they will now contact Gardening Express to get the money back from them. Great service from my bank. ”
