"Absolutely terrible company, have bought from these twice now and never again! \r\nFirst time, the plant arrived and looked half dead but we managed to save it and put it down to a \u2018one off\u2019. \r\nSecond time, ordered a supposedly \u2018rare, unusual\u2019 clematis (we saw some a few days later at the local garden centre) which was not only expensive but again arrived in a dreadful state looking half dead. Once more we tried to salvage it but this time it never recovered, we contacted customer services expecting a full replacement especially as we\u2019d only had it just over three weeks and was supposedly covered by a guarantee. \r\nWe provided photographs of the obviously dead and dried up plant only to be asked, by Liam, to send more photos as \u2018was hard to tell\u2019 he then told us we needed to post back the dead plant (at our own expense) before they\u2019d post a new one to us. \r\nI asked for clarification that we had to send back the dead plant at our own expense and what was the point, only to never receive any more communication. \r\nMy advice, steer clear of this tinpot company and support your local garden\/plant centre instead, you\u2019ll not only receive fresher plants without the expensive postage costs but you\u2019ll no doubt get much better customer service should you encounter a problem. Avoid!"

"I ordered 6 plants, four arrived of which two were worthless. One, a Camelia had its top branches dry and shrivelled and must have been like this when packed, (not watered and left to dry out before packing). The other, a Lilac was not a plant at all, just a root!.\r\nSo I sent a photo of the damaged plants and their enclosed receipt. This was followed by a barrage of questions about packaging, labels on each container and on an on, just making any complaint an impossible problem for the customer. Obviously no intention to replace, just pocket the cash and do nothing!!"

"I purchased: Ash & Steel : 7-piece Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Garden Tool Set - Essential Garden Tools Bundle\r\nThis was for my Son's birthday as he was in the process of buying his first home. Unfortunately he the purchase didn't complete until October 2024 so has not used any of the tools until February 2025. The very first time he used the spade it snapped!!\r\nThe response I recieved was \"Unfortunately, these are not covered by our guarantees\".\r\nRubbish and not fit for purpose, so is the spade!"

"I am disgraced by what i have received. The product does not match the description. I am utterly shocked. The website clearly describes the order being fully grown plant , but they gave us a tinny chopped plant. Please do not use them, they are a scam company, there is no support or contact details. The delivery note clearly said Giant Flowered Mauve Hydrangea, but we got, tinny, non flowered. The delivery note also said, Holy Trees Covered in Berries in Basket, no basket came. They are cheating everyone."

They couldn't be saved despite paying over \u00a330 in products to help revive. I contacted gardening express immediately. What a farce.. supply pictures, prove your invoice, etc. despite me providing everything. Then we need to the shipping box. What a load of rubbish.\r\nThen ah well we can offer you \u00a320 refund. No love I want a full refund they are dead!! I want a refund.\r\nThen radio silence. Ten plus emails sent. Clearly now ignoring all communications. I've reported to trading standards and the ombudsman. STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS. Use other sites like roots plants or the garden centre nearby if you don't want the hassle.\r\nI'm happy to provide emails and photographs to prove the poor performance of this disgraceful company. 0 stars would be given if the option were available."
