“Easy to use for your basic will, and looks ok once printed. I've used other will websites in the past that charge for the exact same format but here you can gift after your passing instead of paying now.”

“User friendly and covered the basics. Would be good if it could also include a text box note section for any additional requests or clarifications or notes/instructions to loved ones that were not covered in the pre exisiting question boxes.”

“I cannot understand how Salvation Army contacted me via my mobile to thank me regards to a donation that I am leaving for them in my will. I have not signed my will. I don't think that my will should have been accessed by anyone, without my consent. I was shocked to receive that call. Now I keep getting emails regards for me to donate.. Not happy... Cheers Janet”

“Very easy and straightforward, and makes you aware of the issues that need to be considered. It's not a criticism, but this awareness has now made me reluctant to finalise the process as I'm not sure I can clearly think through all the issues without some further thought and guidance. I really appreciate the opportunity to do this.”
