“On will clause 3 and 4 were blank. I recommend to remove these clauses if nothing is there.”

“It was quite good, the one thing that was confusuing was about naming executors by having to give their email datails. As it wasnt explained that you have to do this before you start it made it difficult to finish as i hadnt decided who that person/s would be.”

“I haven't finished writing my will, but it decided to send emails to everyone telling them I'd done a will. Not happy with that. Just need to save it to come back o later as I didn't have all the details to add at the time. Don't email my entire family. I haven't spoken with a real person, so the other questions on this survey aren't relevant.”

To clarify how this works - we will notify your partner (if applicable) and your executors that they have been named in your Will when you complete your Will (you will see an acknowledgement checkbox before downloading). No details of your Will are contained in the notification email. Please note, the executor notification is only triggered when you have completed your will and choose to download it for signing, witnessing and safe storage. “This is a great marketing and fundraising idea but needs refinement. The instructions on how to change the will are not clear. The Will format does not allow you to include the required detail regarding assets and investments. The Will should ideally be delivered in MS Word as opposed to pdf format to enable changes. There is too much emphasis on who you’re donating to as opposed to providing a Will with the appropriate information and the ability to change it - there needs to be a balance struck here. Hope helpful.”

“I found answering the questions quite simple, but the website was very hard to navigate on my phone. It should have only taken a couple of minutes at each stage it actually took much longer as I could not scroll to the next question. It kept returning me to what I had done. Very frustrating, but happy it is now done..”
