“The only thing I had to get my head around was only having the percentage (of estate) and being unable to put a dollar value to a beneficiary. However the calucator of the percentage was helpful. I didn't realise how emotional I would get throughout the process, especially when asked for backups. Having said that I found the process good. Thank you for this service.”

“The reason i didn't give a 5 is because NOT everyone has an email address, and in my case my daughter has 2 , my wife has one but not sure if is her only one. Those small things make it difficult. In saying that most people do have an email, and as the oldies die out everyone will have one. It was very easy, but i would have liked to make extra comments in different areas. Eg some hiding places i may have stashed something expensive. EG i have diamonds in a safe in Sydney, the contacts ETC”

“I found using Gathered Here extremely straightforward and quick to complete. The only complaint I’d have is that the only contact you can input for the executor etc is an email. While I know most people have an email these days, it would be helpful to offer a mobile number option too. Only a smal gripe. Otherwise incredibly well setup and simple to do.”
