"really bad service \r\n1 year my vans been off the road , with no appropriate replacement , as promised. 2 garages have attempted to fix it , neither is regulated.\r\nSO beware \r\nI had my policy cancelled, in error.\r\nI have dealt with some rude complaint agents , who hung up the phone.\r\nDespite having 2 complaints upheld , i have been forced to go to the ombudsman.\r\nAvoid at all costs"

"It is the worst insurance company. Your claim will stuck there for more than a month and no feedback from the officer who is reviewing your claim. Their website is buggy and you cant even do any complain to them. They only good in keep trying to get contract signed by corporation to bring in revenue to them with mediocre services that is aligned to the contract."
