“The Lady who helped me (Sorry I didn't catch her name) was very helpful. Initially I had an expensive quote due to pending accident claim which I am currently disputing responsibility.Your agent managed to sort it out for me and give me all the info. I needed. Thankyou.”

“Bennetts provided a good level of cover at a competitive price. The premium was less than my previous insurer and with a lower excess. The website was easy to use. I would recommend the service provided by Bennetts.”

“Renewal notice came through at twice the previous year's premium. Challenged amount over the phone and magically got a reasonable quote! Happy to stay with Bennett's in the end but why should it be necessary for the customer to do the leg work? Surely that's what the broker should do.”

“Been with Bennetts quite some time now always a pleasure nice talking and renewing my insurance with Richard at Coventry. Will carry on dealing with Bennetts for good competitive quotes even though they have been took over by the old farts at Saga hope they don't change things.”

“If I hadn't gone online to get quotes for my bike insurance you's were going to be charging me 3 times what I'm going to be paying and the funny thing is bennetts came up with the cheapest quote for bike insurancesame policy as my previous one same details. I've saved myself Â£50 a month shopping first before just aaccepting what my insurance would have been for 2015-16. I will be doing it this way in future. I have no faults with staff or policy I thought you would have been trying to give me the best deal not stitch me up. Sorry if this is not what you want to hear.”

“Happy to stay with Bennets for my bike insurance. The only thing is the original quote I recieved was 1 figure but when I rang to say I'd found a cheaper quote all of a sudden Bennets found me a cheaper quote. Would rather have received the cheaper quote at the beginning rather than have to phone up to cancel then given the cheaper quote. Hope that makes sence lol?”

“The best quote and and a pleasure to deal with (spoke to Heidi) after ten years or more with Ebike.All the cover I needed apart from not being able to insure both of my bikes with my wife as a named rider. But still saved over Â£100 pounds on my renewal quote. And using TopCash Back got another Â£21 back on both mine and my wife's policies.”
