“For empathy and a human response ask to speak to Surinder. Will return to Bennetts when back on my feet because to help pay her wages is a pleasure. When asked if I had any other questions I asked if there was anymore of her ie clones to send to some other companies no names mentioned Close Brothers! Every company should have a 1000 Surinder's in these difficult times. I also queried if she had angel wings sticking out her back because you just never know! God bless you Surinder! Simon”

“absolutely criminal, you can insure any plate regardless of if the Reg plate is even in existence. returned to them after using another company they used original plates of the bike from old account detail ( I know I should have noticed but you'd think they have some sort of data or link to DVLA to make sure the bike actually even exists. Don't be fooled by the big Brand name it seems that it is all a front. So in theory you could ensure any plate as they cant check and will not know if a real bike or not, you can then get plates made up and put on said bike so if pulled looks legal even if bike is cloned or stolen. Also they will ask you very personal questions about you income and monthly out goings they ask intrusive which is weird as they don't seem to care if the bike is real or not but want to know everything about your personal income which seems very weird and worrying for data protection.”

“I recently renewed my motorbike insurance with Bennett's for another year and got a good, competitive fully inclusive quote. Firstly I dealt with Sara(h) who was lovely and got the price down from the renewal price. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I still wanted some time to shop around, and asked Sara(h) to call me back on the Friday, which she duly did. Unfortunately I was just putting the kids to bed so asked her to call back again the Monday, which unfortunately she didn't get chance to as they were busy. I then called back Friday and spoke with Surinder, who was equally as lovely, but had the added bonus of a super nice telephone voice which I did commend her on. We had a laugh about it, and she said it "made her evening". Sara(h) had left a comment on the quote apologizing for not returning the call acc to Surinder, which I thought was a nice touch. Both girls were very friendly and professional and are an asset to Bennetts! They made the process of parting with a lump of cash very easy to live with, so much so that I will probably want to do the same in a year's time! Thanks Bennett's! Apologies to Sara(h) that Surinder bagged the commission, I hope she shares it with you! 😃”

“Easy enough navigate the website, but the options for safety deices are limited for example My Harley has a factory fitted Alarm and immobiliser which does not feature in the list My BMW has factory fitted immobiliser which doesn't feature There isn't an option for manufacturer fitted device either!”

“I ended up in a right pickle with my last insurer as they were closed on the day I collected my new bike. Bennetts online tool was quick and easy and allowed me to take the bike away (having travelled a fair distance). Price was competitive but could be keener.”

“Very disappointed that they could not use my no claims discount from my previous policy which was just over 2 years ago. Apparently there is a two year limit, but as I have been riding bikes for over 30 years, I thought this was a bit inflexible. This bumped my premium up by £100. I was given a quote based on the fact that I had 4 years no claims under my previous policy but was asked to ring back the next day as the bloke I spoke to wasn’t sure. Was then told about the 2 year limit. Not brilliant!”
