“Bennetts were the cheapest using web comparison site. I already had my current bike insured through Bennetts. I had 6 weeks to run until end of policy. I wanted to collect my new bike on 1st Mar on a new 15 plate. The advisor was very helpful and allowed me to cancel my current policy without charge or penalty and quickly set up the policy for the new bike. Easy peasy. Thanks very much.”

“Buy your insurance with Bennetts and get a free subscription to Ride Magazine.So I did.Where is my magazine.Twice have I phoned to enquire - and on both occasions I was told "We will phone you back"This has been ongoing for about two weeks.No magazine and no call.My last phone call lasted for 33 minutes.All a waste of time.”

“I was so pleased with how easy it was to take up the policy from a comparison site within 5 minutes of clicking I was insured I liked that it was simple and fast I wish more things in life were this easy to many things are over complicated ununnecessarily so it was a breath of fresh air very happy so far Many thanks”

“I was quoted twice the amount that I paid the previous year. Placed one phone call and the price magically was returned to almost the same amount as before. I hate this attempt to dupe loyal customers into being victims of "Inertia" ( the pratice of having customers automatically renew again and again whilst not checking the new premium). Carol Nash did this to me and the third time I left them for Bennetts who were great for years.I hope this isn't a new trend.”

“One annoying point. If I go to a compare website I will always get a lesser quote than you offer me as a straight renewal. Why???? I know it's to catch new business but it is a crap way of showing appreciation to customers who are loyal to you.”

“Price ok but proving no claims inconvenient and could be troublesome for some. Why charge if you can't find it? What's the insurance database for? Cancellation charge is over the top and should be illegal! It's coming back to me why I left Bennetts years ago. Yes please do share on your site.”

“Very professional and knew the best requirements for what i needed.The only issue was that i would have preferred a multibike policy as opposed to two individual policies (worked out cheaper insuring on two separate polices than one multibike policy).all in all a great service.”

“We organised insurance online. Nice and easy fill in all the details relax and it's all done. We go on holiday for a short break to return to a letter from Bennetts. Dated 20th Feb it says that proof of no claims had not been sent and my policy is being cancelled. Not a nice letter requesting I contact them to remedy this but a final blunt 'your policy is cancelled'. I was not asked to send proof. This letter said I had until 12:01 on the 2nd of March to do so. We phoned as soon as possible sort it out. The lady on the phone was helpful and understanding however we ended up changing to a different policy still with Bennetts. We then received another letter dated 24th Feb bluntly telling me my policy is no longer in force and I must return the certificate of motor insurance. As this was done online we never received a certificate so cannot return one. Your letters need to be more customer friendly in their wording.”

“Really like Bennetts to deal with. Staff very easy to talk to and very helpful. Only gripe is that upon receiving insurance documents I found that I had to log on to their site to enable me to read the policy notes and conditions as there was no policy booklet with insurance documents. Also I paid extra for EU recovery/breakdown and I didn't receive any documents to inform me who to call if a breakdown occurred. Surely I should not have to carry my PC with me while touring Europe in order to log on to Bennetts web site so that I can get the phone numbers to call in case of an emergency or breakdown. It might be better to provide a list of phone contact numbers with insurance documents. I have quickly looked at Bennetts site but still cannot find who to contact in case of a breakdown.”
