“Found initially through a comparison website then directed to Bennetts'. A comprehensive and sensible look at what I was seeking with a highly competitive price. In summary: Searched, sourced, investigated and purchased the best deal within an hour. Job done!”

“The staff that I dealt with have been excellent and have always offered good sound advice and service. The product is usually good although the mandatory excesses are quite high. However I was disappointed and frustrated that I had to pay for the full policy immediately due to a fault in Bennett's paying systems, rather than be installments on direct debit as preferred.”

“I've been insured with Bennetts for 2 years now. I looked elsewhere in case there was a cheaper price but there wasn't. The service is great, you can actually get through to a customer services person (which seems difficult in many other companies). They offer a good service and a selection of optional benefits, which are priced very competitively. They also include many common vehicle upgrades as part of the standard quote/cover so you don't get any shocks when you decide to go ahead with the policy.”

“Easy to set up. However on completion I noticed my name was wrong. I called immediately and was told the changes couldn't be made at that time and someone would call me back the same day. That was 6 days ago. No one has called back despite me calling again and sending an email”
