“Great service great product”

“Made me happy (?) by giving me a 'credit' of £25 of the £50 charged for cancelling my policy early. I purchased another (smaller) motorcycle and wished to transfer my insurance, but found this is no longer possible. The existing policy must be cancelled (cost £50) and a new one taken out. Considering that it is only a matter of changeing a few details on a computer I consider this a gross overcharge. Will I be re-newing... I'll be looking VERY carefully at the cost!”

“The advisor answered all my questions and gave me the right type of insurance I required. He was polite and professional. Any question was given an understandable explanation and payment options were presented. I would recommend Bennetts to fellow bikers.”

“Got quote, phoned up to buy, got directed to another person because my bike isn't kept at my home address, got through to that person who then asked me why I had been directed to them, they couldn't understand why, they then re-directed me to another person who managed to help me, got policy through the post and some of the details were wrong, called to correct the details and customer services were busy so I asked for a call back, call back didn't happen so I called again, got through to a man called Abi who didn't really know what he was doing, after an hour on the phone I had to cancel my policy and buy a new One, looked at my policy details on Monday and still some of the information was incorrect, so yet again called and had to buy another policy to enable you people to correct it, the man I spoke to Stewart was helpful and knew what he was doing. I cannot explain how angry and annoyed I am. I am now waiting for my Two refunds and I am out of pocket because I had to pay the Visa transaction fees Twice. I have asked for a manager/ supervisor to call me back. As yet no call.”

“Eventually renewed insurance, although the automatic renewal attempted to add 50% with the same details. Was sorted with a simple phone call, but no explanation for the extra cost over the previous quote.”

“Bennetts gave a very good price for my motorbike insurance, plus I like the fact that Bennetts do not increase the premiums for Blood Bike Riders, as we are all volunteers, doing charity work on our bikes for no financial gain.”
