“Competitive quote had to contact company to confirm fully comprehensive cover in Europe. Hope I do not need to find out how good the company might be in the event of a claim. Let you know in 12 months. I need to change post codes!”

“Been with Bennetts 8 completed years now. Never had to make a claim and prices remain competitive. Like all insurance companies these days they seem to prefer discounts to attract new customers rather than considering the loyal ones too.”

“The renewal letter arrived and for the first time in many years from any type of insurance renewal the premium wanted next year was LESS than this year.The obligatory check on the web search sites proved the quote was still the best again an absolute first.Rang to renew and was told they would just check as insurance premiums change daily.......the quote they found for the same company was an additional 15% lower!!!!!Absolutely fantastic service and renewed with happiness rather than the previous annual heartache and changing of companies.KEEP IT UP.”

“I been with bennetts for the last 3 or 4 years I recently sold my bike a month before my insurance with bennetts ran out so I thought to let the insurance run out instead of cancelling. So 2 weeks before it ran out I get the renewal through the post I immediately send back to say I don't require a renewal as I sold the bike. Then The cheeky ##### sent me a bill for Â£30 for the cancellation of the renewal. 1. I did not want the renewal in the 1st place2. Why are bennetts sending me a bill for Â£30 cancelation charge 3. Now they want proof that I sold the bikeI have never had this problem with any other insurance company when it came to cancelling renewalsYou are a disgrace Bennetts I will never use you again or recommend you to anyoneI very much doubt it you be putting this review on your sites”

“Well Bennets is the cheapest when using a comparison site but ridiculous when calling them direct. I pay less than Â£100 for bikes over 1000cc but when Bennets try to renew automatically after a year the price goes through the roof. I also asked to add another bike to an existing policy a few days ago and was told the best thing was a multi bike policy. Which came to an extra Â£50 more than insuring both bikes seperately....I refused and pointed this out. I got a "thank you and good morning" answer from the guy on the phone no alternative was offered. I then went on a comparison site and insured the extra bike for Â£87. With.....yes you guessed it. BENNETS! Are the people on the phone on commission or something? As they are reluctant to give the cheapest cover and seem intent only on charging as much as the customer will stand. I'll be VERY surprised if Bennets display this review on any "promotional material".”

“Only wanted to change my address and change my bike and told I couldn't and had to cancel and get anew policy cost me Â£320 and another years no clams not happy and more proof that insurance company's are money grabbing pricks wouldn't recommend to anyone shafted again!!!”
